Упровадження інноваційних педагогічних технологій у процес підготовки фахівців сфери туристичного бізнесу

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасні вимоги до підготовки фахівців сфери туризму в закладі вищої освіти. З’ясовано, що поєднання теоретичної і практичної підготовки протягом навчання є обов'язковою умовою формування спеціаліста.

На основі дослідження визначено доцільність упровадження інноваційних освітніх технологій з метою вдосконалення професійних якостей та напрямів роботи майбутніх фахівців індустрії гостинності, оскільки сфера туризму відрізняється від інших змінюваністю, креативністю, новизною, індивідуальністю та масовістю водночас. Запропоновано впровадження нових інноваційних технологій, а також удосконалених класичних методів навчання відповідно до вимог сучасності.

The modern requirements for the training of specialists in the field of tourism in higher educational institutions of a new type are analysed. It is shown that the combination of theoretical and practical training should become an indisputable condition throughout the entire academic period. Innovations should be implemented not only in highly specialized areas (tourism, hotel business, restaurant business), but also in the integrated use in the educational process. Based on the research, the feasibility of innovative pedagogical technologies usage to improve the professional qualities of specialists in the hospitality industry has been determined, since this industry differs from many other ones by the complex of variability, creativity, individuality along with massiveness etc. The realization of this goal is promoted by a triple alliance, namely: Teacher, Student and Employer. The use of new innovative technologies, as well as advanced classical methods in the educational process in accordance with the requirements of the time, is proposed.
