Анотація
У статті здійснено дослідження сайтів закладів дошкільної освіти на предмет надання функцій просвітництва та консультування батьків вихованців, визначено найбільш ефективні характеристики Інтернет-організації просвітницько-консультативної діяльності ЗДО: активний спосіб подання інформації; популярний стиль її представлення; наявність у кожній темі просвітницького та консультативного елементів (що свідчить про її практичну значущість); організація інтерактивного зв’язку із користувачами сайту; фаховість надання інформації (із залученням різних за фахом спеціалістів); ілюстративність інформації; представлено пропозиції, які дозволятимуть підвищити ефективність організацію розділів «Консультації для батьків» на сайтах ЗДО.
The article substantiates the topicality of the development of the sites of preschool education institutions as an effective platform for organization of the educational and consulting activities; the scientific approaches of solving the problem of information presentation on the sites of preschool education institutions are analyzed; the sites of preschool education institutions are investigated in the aspect of providing educational and consulting services for the parents of the preschoolers. The general problems are distinguished, which influence the quality of information perception by the user, namely, absence of the thematic regulation of the content; low quality of graphic design; absence of illustrations and presentations; spontaneous thematic content of the pages; absence of information on a great number of topics connected with preschool education and development; a low level of technical organization of the information (absence of interactive links). Recommendations on the organization of the sections “Consultations for parents” on the sites of preschool education institution are generalized, namely, the principle of the anonymity of the parents’ appeals for consultations; providing an interactive connection with the parents; introduction of the notification system to the main site of the preschool education institution informing parents on renovation of the section of consultations; trending style of information presentation, which suits the active ways of perception; using media illustrations for the presented information. The most effective characteristics of the Internet organization for the educational and consulting activities of the preschool education institution are distinguished: an active method of the information presentation; a trending style of its presentation; presence of educational and consulting topics in each section ( which proves their practical importance); organization of interactive connection with the site users; professional manner of information presentation (engaging various professionals); illustrative presentation of the information. Suggestions allowing improving the efficiency of the organizational section “Consultations for the parents” on the sites of preschool education institutions are represented.
