Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано методику навчання графічного дизайну учнів у позашкільних навчальних закладах, структура якої включає такі компоненти: зміст педагогічної та дизайнерської освіти, форми взаємодії учасників позашкільної дизайн-діяльності, сукупність методів, прийомів і засобів навчання графічно-проектній діяльності. Основна увага у статті звернена на зміст графічно-проектної діяльності учнів позашкільних навчальних закладів. Автором розкрито методичні принципи підготовки учнів позашкільних навчальних закладів до навчання графічного дизайну.
The article grounds the methodology of teaching pupils graphic design in extracurricular educational institutions, the structure of which includes such components: the content of pedagogical and design education, the forms of the interaction between participants of extracurricular design activity, the unity of methods and means in the graphic and project activity. It is cleared up that the actual tasks of teaching pupils graphic design are: visualization (graphic and colour reflection of definite concepts in the symbolic forms) of visual and information space and natural environment; regulating (systematization and structuring) the sphere of visual and communicative relations between the man and environment; forming complete design thinking in social and cultural aspect («comfort, benefit, beauty») on the basis of aesthetic and functional perception and reflecting the objects and phenomena of human consciousness. The main emphasis in the article is directed to graphic and project activity of pupils in extracurricular educational institutions. The content of educational material, which pupils should master during the graphic and project activity, will contain the system of knowledge, skills and personal qualities, that allow them to solve tasks successfully as to the choice, project grounding, its qualitative execution, analysis and realization of final products. The author exposes the methodological principles of preparing pupils in extracurricular educational institutions towards teaching graphic design. At different stages of teaching students graphic-design activity a variety of methods can be used. In addition to verbal methods (stories, explanations) during the process of teaching students graphic design at the organizational and preparatory phase the following methods are used: visual demonstration of samples from earlier projects of graphic design products, information support, brainstorming, search method, the method of analogy, the method of creating the image of an ideal object, method of focal objects. The main method of teaching at the technological stage is a training method by which the art-graphic activities and techniques of execution are practiced. At the final stage of graphic-design activity occurs object designing graphic design, control and testing, training to defend the project work. At this stage such methods of teaching as a method of information support, demonstration graphic project or the product itself (layout) of graphic design, competitions for the best creative project are used.
