Анотація
У статті проаналізовано роль професійно-педагогічних задач у професійній діяльності вчителя як наукову проблему, розкрито зміст поняття «професійно-педагогічна задача вчителя музичного мистецтва», визначено роль професійно-педагогічних задач у структурі самоосвітньої діяльності, запропоновано новий тип спеціальних професійно-орієнтованих задач учителів музичного мистецтва: художньо-естетичного та мистецько-педагогічного напряму, спрямованих на вдосконалення самоосвітніх мистецьких умінь на основі реалізації основних видів музичної діяльності, виділено типологію професійно-педагогічних задач у педагогічній діяльності вчителя.
The paper analyzes the role of professional-pedagogical tasks in the professional work of the teacher as a scientific problem. There’s been defined the role of professional-pedagogical objectives in the structure of self-educational activities. Also there’s been highlighted the typology of professional-pedagogical objectives in a teacher’s work. It is proved that the professional-pedagogical objectives, being resolved by teachers in the self-educational process, are actually creative. The term «professional-pedagogical objective of a teacher of music» is regarded as a task designed to subordinate local professional-pedagogical goals (objectives), the solution of which provide professional results in Art-educational activities and in the means of a teacher’s personality adaptation in a society. There’s been determined that the purpose of self-educational activities as a creation of a practice-oriented support for a self-studying specialist’s cognition. There was suggested that self-studying during individual development process should become a self-education. There’s been determined that the structure and the content of self-educational activities are aimed at solving the professional-pedagogical problems. Two approaches have been suggested to solve the professional-pedagogical problems of a music teacher: an algorithmic and an heuristic approaches. It’s been emphasized that the typology of professional-oriented pedagogical objectives in Art-teaching activities should be structured by the logic of a subject taught. A new type of special professional-oriented tasks of teachers of music: one of Art-aesthetic and of artistically-pedagogical directions aimed at improving the skills in self-education of art by implementing the main types of musical activity. There’s been reasoned the role of special professional-oriented objectives of a music teacher that will help to stimulate creative cognitive abilities of the teacher, their aspiration to self-development and self-training. The direction of professional-pedagogical objectives has been specified. It’s about enhancing and improving the self-educational goals of a modern teacher under the professional labor conditions.
