Анотація
У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти інтеграції принципів гідної праці в систему економічної безпеки промислових підприємств у межах парадигми Індустрії 5.0. Проаналізовано еволюційний перехід від технологічно орієнтованої Індустрії 4.0 до ціннісно орієнтованої Індустрії 5.0, ключовими принципами якої виступають людиноцентричність, сталість та резильєнтність виробничих систем. Розроблено авторську концептуальну модель впливу гідної праці на економічну безпеку промислового підприємства, яка розкриває механізм трансформації соціальних здобутків в економічні результати. На основі Плану дій МОП щодо подолання неформальності та переходу до формальної економіки на 2026–2031 роки сформульовано практичні рекомендації для українських промислових підприємств щодо вдосконалення системи управління, створення сприятливого середовища, посилення соціального діалогу, впровадження інноваційних підходів до формалізації зайнятості, а також використання глобальних партнерств для залучення міжнародного фінансування.
The article is devoted to the topical issue of integrating decent work principles into the economic security system of industrial enterprises under the Industry 5.0 paradigm. The relevance of the study is determined by the profound structural transformations of the global economy, accelerating digitalisation of production, and the growing role of human capital as a key factor in ensuring enterprise sustainability and competitiveness amidst modern challenges, including wartime conditions in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and develop conceptual principles for integrating the principles of decent work into the system of economic security of industrial enterprises within the framework of the Industry 5.0 paradigm, with the determination of their impact on the formation of personnel sustainability in the context of structural and post-war transformations of the economy of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research comprises general scientific and special methods: systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis and graphical modelling for constructing the author's conceptual model. The study analyses the evolutionary transition from technologically oriented Industry 4.0 to value-oriented Industry 5.0, revealing the key characteristics of the new industrial paradigm. An author's conceptual model has been developed that reveals the mechanism of transforming social achievements into economic results through three key channels: retaining qualified personnel, stimulating innovative activity, and forming reputational capital. The peculiarities of the Ukrainian context, characterized by a unique set of challenges including martial law, large-scale migration, and European integration processes, are analysed separately. Based on the ILO Action Plan for 2026-2031, practical recommendations are formulated for Ukrainian industrial enterprises to improve management systems, strengthen social dialogue, implement innovative approaches to employment formalization, and utilize global partnerships to attract international financing. The practical value of the article lies in the possibility of applying the developed conceptual model and recommendations in the activities of industrial enterprises to increase their human resource sustainability and strengthen economic security in conditions of global technological transformation and national challenges.
