Анотація
У статті висвітлено результати порівняльного аналізу освітніх програм бакалаврського та магістерського рівня в галузі освіти Віденського університету та анологічних українських освітніх програм, з метою врахування міжнародних тенденцій розвитку вітчизняних освітніх програмах галузі знань Освіта /Педагогіка (спеціальності 014 Середня освіта). В дослідженні визначено, що за загальної схожості змісту і структури означених освітніх програм виявлено розбіжності у кредитному обсязі відведеному на практичну підготовку і загальну педагогічну підготовку майбутніх вчителів; підкреслено продуктивні практики до побудови індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії здобувачами освіти Віденського унівеситету, систему «уважного» вибору професії, наявність орієнтаційного періоду навчання для утвердження в професійному виборі, підвищення практичного значення наукових досліджень здобувачів освіти.
The study and implementation of the best international practices, the analysis of analogous domestic and foreign educational programs, aim to provide graduates with the ability to be competitive in the national and international job markets. Vienna University, along with university pedagogical colleges, is the largest educational institution for educators in Austria, offering 29 subjects/specializations. Article Objective: To conduct a comparative analysis of the trends in the development of bachelor's and master's educational programs in the field of education in Austria and Ukraine, and to introduce necessary innovationssimilar domestic programs. Research Methods: comparative analysis of documentary databases of educational programs at Vienna University, statistical data from the Austria's National Statistical Institute, normative documents from the Federal Ministry of Education, Science,and Research of Austria, interviews with department heads, and academic staff.Research Results and Practical Significance of the Research: The results of the comparative analysis of bachelor's and master's level educational programs in the field of education at Vienna University and analogous Ukrainian educational programs in the field of Education / Pedagogy revealed that despite the general similarity in content and structure of the defined educational programs, there are differences in the credit allocation for practical training and overall pedagogical preparation for future teachers. Productive practices for constructing individual educational trajectories by learners at Vienna University were emphasized, as well as the system of "informed" career choice (projects during the career choice phase that provide a realistic view of the daily life of a teacher and illustrate the profession's requirements; statistical data on employed graduates and analytical data on profession‐related queries overall and by subjects/specializations, across the country, regions, cities; a system of consultations, open events, etc.), the presence of an orientation period in education toaffirm professional choices and enhance the practical significance of learners' research.The prospects for further research lie in adapting the research results into the practiceof Ukrainian educational programs, if necessary, revising their objectives and programoutcomes, assessing the effectiveness of practical implementation of best practices,and evaluating the competitiveness of program graduates in the job market.
