Геоепідеміологія окремих захворювань населення Сумської області (Україна)

Abstract

У ході дослідження було встановлено, що поширеність проаналізованих нами трьох груп нозологій серед жителів Сумської області за 2009-2019 роки зросла, а первинна захворюваність навпаки – скоротилася. Однак, у розрізі окремих нозологій ситуація виглядає більше диференційовано. Поширеність хвороб сечостатевої системи та первинна захворюваність на них в цілому скоротилися. Однак, у 9 районах області поширеність зросла, особливо серед населення Роменського та Буринського районів. У 7 районах області зросла первинна захворюваність на дані патології, особливо у м. Суми та Середино-Будському районі. У 2019 р. найбільш поширеними патології сечостатевої системи були серед жителів Роменського, Конотопського, Буринського районів. За кількістю вперше встановлених діагнозів даного захворювання лідирують мешканці м. Суми, Кролевецького та Конотопського районів. Протягом 2009-2019 рр. поширеність хвороб шкіри та підшкірної клітковини серед мешканців Сумської області в цілому скоротилася. Однак серед жителів 10 адміністративних одиниць фіксується її суттєве зростання, передусім серед населення Лебединського, Середино-Будського та Путивльського районів. Так само у 8 районах відзначається зростання первинної захворюваності хвороби шкіри та підшкірної клітковини, особливо серед жителів Лебединського, Середино-Будського та Путивльського районів. Поширеність хвороб вуха та соскоподібного відростка в цілому в регіоні скоротилася, але у 10 районах області вона навпаки зросла, особливо серед жителів Путивльського, Ямпiльського та Роменського районів. На початок 2020 року найбільш розповсюдженими ці хвороби були серед жителів Роменського, Кролевецького, Буринського та Тростянецького районів. Так само в цілому знизилася і первинна захворюваність, однак у 9 районах області фіксується її зростання, особливо у Путивльському та Ямпiльському.

In the course of the study, it was found that the prevalence of the three groups of nosologies we analyzed among the residents of the Sumy region in 2009-2019 increased, and the primary morbidity, on the contrary, decreased. However, in the context of individual nosologies, the situation looks more differentiated. The prevalence of diseases of the genitourinary system and the primary incidence of them have generally decreased. However, in 9 districts of the region, the prevalence increased, especially among the population of the Romny and Buryn districts. In 7 districts of the region, the primary morbidity with these pathologies has increased, especially in the city of Sumy and the Seredina-Buda district. In 2019, the most common pathologies of the genitourinary system were among the residents of the Romeny, Konotop, Buryn districts. In terms of the number of diagnoses of this disease for the first time, the leaders are residents of Sumy, Krolevets and Konotop districts. During 2009-2019. the prevalence of diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue among the inhabitants of the Sumy region has generally decreased. However, among the residents of 10 administrative units, its significant growth is recorded, primarily among the population of Lebedyn, Seredyna-Buda and Putivl districts. Also, in 8 districts, there is an increase in the primary incidence of diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, especially among residents of Lebedyn, Seredyna-Buda and Putivl districts. The prevalence of ear and mastoid diseases in general in the region has decreased, but in 10 districts of the region, on the contrary, it has increased, especially among residents of Putivl, Yampil and Romny districts. By the beginning of 2020, these diseases were most common among residents of the Romny, Krolevets, Buryn and Trostyanets districts.
