Анотація
У статті визначено вплив середовища неперервної освіти на формування професійно-педагогічного підприємництва вчителя в умовах цифровізації, означено поняття цифрової компетентності та її склад, проаналізовано чинники формування професійно-педагогічного підприємництва вчителя у площині цифровізації неперервної освіти, розглянуто, як цифрова компетентність впливає на формування підприємництва вчителів у середовищі неперервної освіти, а також створено структурно-функційну схему впливу цифрової компентності на формування професійно-педагогічного підприємництва вчителя в умовах неперервної освіти.
The article identifies the influence of the continuing education environment on the formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of teachers in terms of digitalization, defines the concept of digital competence and its composition, analyzes the factors of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of teachers in the field of digitalization of continuing education, environment of continuing education, as well as created a structural and functional scheme of the impact of digital competence on the formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of teachers in terms of continuing education. The aim of the article is to analyze the factors of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of teachers in the field of digitalization of continuing education, and to determine how digital competence affects the formation of entrepreneurship of teachers in the environment of continuing education. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: analysis, systematization, comparison, generalization - to identify the state of development of the problem of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of the teacher; clarification of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the researched problem; systematic, structural-logical, functional-competence analysis and systematization - to clarify the factors that ensure the formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of teachers. Prospects for further research will be associated with the introduction of effective methods of step-by-step formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of teachers by comprehensive application of all factors that affect this formation, which will promote the development of professional skills and practical experience needed for successful business activities, their job responsibilities. Both the independent work of teachers and training in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, which aims to increase the level of professional competencies of teachers to European and world standards, play a significant role in solving this problem.
