Анотація
У статті доведено, що інтенсивність будь‐якої діяльності визначається соціальною активністю. Для вивчення досвіду інтенсифікації соціалізації особистості в умовах базових закладів вищої освіти нашої експериментальної роботи ми використали порівняльний аналіз частотних розподілів індексу інтенсифікації та його складових (виховання, середовища та комунікації). Критерій – це суттєва ознака, на основі якої ми відрізняємо рівень інтенсифікації соціалізації особистості експериментальних і контрольних груп залежно від змісту організаційних впливів. Обґрунтовано, що загальним критерієм інтенсифікації соціалізації особистості недоцільно виділяти будь‐ яку одну сторону: жоден із критеріїв взятий окремо не є достатнім для оцінки ефективності організації інтенсифікації соціалізації особистості. Різноманітні функції організації діяльності потребують оцінок, які зорієнтовані на різні групи характеристик. Завдання дослідника полягає у визначенні сукупності критеріїв. Вибрані критерії необхідно подати у вигляді, який відповідає конкретній системі інтенсифікації та її функціям.
The article proves that the intensity of any activity is determined by social activity. To study the experience of intensification of the personality socialization in the conditions of basic higher educational institutions, we used comparative analysis of frequency distributions of the intensification index and its components (education, environment, and communication). Researching the individual socialization intensification in the educational environment of the higher educational establishment, we adhere to the concept of activity approach to this process. Social activity at various stages of an individual's involvement in life depends on the influence of objective and subjective factors on it. The contradiction between individual and social experience, which each person learns in the process of intensification of the personality socialization, is explained by the following influencing factors: education, environment and communication. The criterion is an essential feature on the basis of which we distinguish the level of intensification of the personality socialization of experimental and control groups depending on the content of organizational influences. It is substantiated that it is not advisable to single out any one side as a general criterion for the intensification of the personality socialization. The process of intensification of the personality socialization is integral and continuous. Criterion characteristics of level development are their qualitative parameters. None of the criteria taken separately is sufficient to assess the effectiveness of the organization of intensification of the personality socialization. Various functions of the activity organization require evaluations that are oriented to different groups of characteristics. That is, the researcher task is to define a set of criteria. The selected criteria must be presented in a form that corresponds to the specific intensification system and its functions.
