dc.description.abstractУ статті висвітлюється проблема трансформації управління навчальним процесом в онлайн-середовищі в ризико-небезпечних соціальних умовах. На підставі аналізу впливу інформаційного суспільства на психобіологічні механізми суб´єктів пізнавальної діяльності доводиться необхідність змін в управлінні навчальним процесом, а саме, в формах і методах його організації, в характері суб’єктсуб’єктної взаємодії. Пропонується комплекс прийомів управління пізнавальною діяльністю суб´єктів навчального процесу на лекційному занятті. Використання описаних прийомів в ризико-небеспечних умовах сприяє мотивації навчання, забезпечує самоконтроль, сприяє зростанню впевненості суб’єкта навчальної діяльності у своїх можливостях, створює умови для оптимального контролю з боку викладача.
dc.description.sponsorshipThe article highlights the problem of transformation of educational process management in the online environment in force majeure social conditions. The article is based on the analysis of the influence of the information society on the psychobiological mechanisms of subjects of cognitive activity, to prove the need for changes in the management of the educational process, namely, in the forms and methods of its organization, in the nature of subject-subject interaction. The applied personality-oriented and activity-based approaches allow considering the personality of the student and the teacher as subjects of educational activity, who have the right to freely choose the forms and methods of learning, the choice of communicative behavior and methods of influence in the organization of management of the educational environment. The research methods were the analysis of scientific literature in the aspect of the specified problem, synthesis of conclusions and generalization; empirical methods of surveying students, analysis of empirically obtained materials, statistical methods of data processing. The characteristics of the information society are summarized in the form of a concise description, and its influence on the personality and the educational process is established. The reasons causing unpredictable changes in the educational online environment and the psyche of the individual are indicated. The necessity of correlating the management of the educational process with the features of the modern contingent has been established. A set of techniques for managing the cognitive activity of the subjects of the educational process during the lecture session has been created. The educational system is determined by the nature of the society in which it functions. The modern information society is rapidly changing and being deformed by unpredictable circumstances. In such conditions, the application of distance learning in an online or mixed form is inevitable. However, the effectiveness of training can be achieved only under the condition of continuous improvement of the management of the educational process, coordinated with the characteristics of the contingent receiving education in force majeure conditions.
