dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена розкриттю тенденцій та особливостей розвитку недержавної вищої школи у світовому вимірі. На основі історіографічного аналізу з’ясовано ступінь розробленості вибраної проблеми та підтверджено, що розвиток недержавного сектору вищої школи належить до сучасних трендів глобального ринку освітніх послуг. З використанням термінологічного аналізу уточнено ключові поняття дослідження. Завдяки ретроспективному аналізу еволюції світового освітнього простору представлено історичні аспекти розвитку недержавних закладів вищої освіти у ХХ столітті. За допомогою синхронного аналізу перебігу інноваційних процесів у світовому освітньому просторі розкрито регіональні та сутнісні особливості розвитку недержавного сектору вищої школи у різних країнах світу. Методом синтезу узагальнено основні переваги та недоліки недержавних закладів вищої освіти у світовому вимірі на початку ХХІ століття. Показано домінування недержавного сектору вищої освіти за кількісними характеристиками та якістю освітніх послуг. Охарактеризовано типи закладів вищої освіти недержавного сектору, розповсюджених у різних країнах світу. Окреслено особливості елітних приватних університетів та вищих шкіл, спрямованих на масовізацію освіти. Розкрито значення позитивного досвіду високорозвинених країн під час розроблення освітніх моделей у різних країнах світу. Розкрито посилення таких тенденцій у розвитку недержавної вищої школи на початку ХХІ століття, як: лібералізація, демократизація, модернізація університетської автономії, диверсифікація, елітаризація, комерціалізація, інтеграція, міжнародна координація. На підставі методу узагальнення представлено результати, висновки та перспективи розроблення вибраної проблеми.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe investigation is devoted to revealing the trends and peculiarities of the development of non-state higher school in the world dimension. Based on the historiographical analysis, the degree of elaboration of the selected problem was clarified and it was confirmed that the development of the non-governmental sector of higher education belongs to the current trends of the global market of educational services. Using terminological analysis, the key concepts of the study were clarified. Due to the retrospective analysis of the evolution of the world educational space, the historical aspects of the development of non-state higher education institutions in the twentieth century are presented. With the help of synchronous analysis of the course of innovation processes in the world educational space, the regional and essential features of the development of the private sector of higher education in different countries of the world are revealed. The synthesis method summarizes the main advantages and disadvantages of private higher education institutions in the world dimension at the beginning of the XXI century. The dominance of the private sector of higher education in terms of quantitative characteristics and quality of educational services is shown. The types of higher education institutions of the non-governmental sector, distributed in different countries of the world, are characterized. The peculiarities of elite private universities and colleges aimed at mass education are outlined. The significance of the positive experience of highly developed countries in the development of educational models in different countries is revealed. The strengthening of such tendencies in the development of non-state higher education at the beginning of the XXI century as: liberalization, democratization, modernization of university autonomy, diversification, elitization, commercialization, integration, international coordination is revealed. Based on the method of generalization, the results, conclusions and prospects of developing the selected problem are presented.uk_UA
