Стратегії та інновації у формуванні іміджу українських Іт-підприємств в умовах змін інформаційної економіки

Анотація
У статті досліджено ключові аспекти впливу прогресу інформаційної економіки на трансформації стратегій іміджу та розвитку ІТ-підприємств, серед яких: фокус на інноваціях; залежність від глобального партнерства, співпраці; необхідність врахування глобальних технологічних змін та викликів сучасності; орієнтація на формування власної специфічної моделі інноваційного проєктування, управлінського забезпечення та адаптаційних умов впровадження новацій компанією; пріоритетність заходів кібербезпеки. Виділено принципи організації іміджевого забезпечення підприємств-лідерів та включення таких проєктів у стратегічне планування інноваційної діяльності ІТ-підприємств. Зазначено, що запорукою успіху ІТ-підприємств у питаннях розробки та впровадження інноваційних, високотехнологічних, інтелектуальних цифрових продуктів є управлінське підґрунтя та позитивний імідж компаній, що формується на основі професійного зосередження на запитах клієнтів, інтересах розвитку бізнесу, владних організацій, інформаційно-мережевих структур і соціальної сфери.
The article examines key aspects of the impact of the progress of the information economy on the transformation of image strategies and development of IT enterprises, including: focus on innovation; dependence on global partnership, cooperation; the need to take into account global technological changes and challenges of modernity; orientation towards the formation of one's own specific model of innovative design, management support and adaptation conditions for the implementation of innovations by the company; priority of cybersecurity measures. Innovations in the IT sphere are defined as the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, quantum computing, 5G, the Internet of Things and cybersecurity tools, which significantly improve the efficiency, security and accessibility of products of innovative and information progress, as well as transform the ways in which people interact with digital solutions, the environment and each other. It is substantiated that Leading specialists in innovations are IT specialists, managers and marketers who develop and implement intelligent systems, programs, information management and digital marketing tools. It is noted that the leadership positions, various innovations and strategic actions of IT companies around the world, leading engineers are actively associated with one of the most progressive branches of artificial intelligence Generative Artificial Intelligence, which is rapidly developing, integrated into projects, and highly appreciated by research and analytical and consulting companies. Examples of Ukrainian IT companies (Kitsoft, Stfalcon, Devlight, Doctor Eleks, Gis-Point) are given, which actively implement industry innovations, accelerate the spread of information economy standards to all spheres of life and have formed a positive image of patriotic and socially responsible business structures. Based on the examples given, common principles for organizing image support and including such projects in the strategic planning of innovative activities of IT enterprises are highlighted, including: complexity, managerial efficiency, harmony, truthfulness, brightness, timeliness and phased provision of information, scientific validity, adaptability, information culture and strategic orientation. It is noted that the key to the success of IT enterprises in the development and implementation of innovative, high-tech, intelligent digital products is the managerial basis and positive image of companies, which is formed on the basis of professional focus on customer requests, the interests of business development, government organizations, information and network structures and the social sphere. It is proven that the growth of innovative activities of IT enterprises forms platforms, motivational mechanisms and incentives for involving image technologies in the processes of managing the successful deployment and comprehensive implementation of innovations.
