dc.description.abstractУ статті подано аналіз поняттєво-категоріального інструментарію дослідження концепцій фізкультурної освіти. До ключових понять, що стали предметом термінологічного аналізу, автором віднесено - фізичну культуру, фізичне виховання і фізкультурну освіту. Аналіз проведено на матеріалі словників різними мовами - українською, польською і англійською. На основі проведеного аналізу визначено поняття «концепція фізкультурної освіти», що є базовим у дослідженні концепції фізкультурної освіти у країнах Європейського Союзу.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article presents an analysis of the definitions of the key terms for studying the concepts of physical education. The key terms that became the subject of terminological analysis are physical culture and physical education. The analysis is based on dictionaries in different languages - Ukrainian, Polish and English. As we see from the analyzed dictionaries and encyclopedias, there are some differences in the availability of the terms studied in Ukrainian, Polish, and English lexicographic sources. Thus, the common understanding for all languages is the concept of "physical education" at two levels: (1) as a component of general education aimed at development of physical qualities and health promotion; (2) as a school subject. Combining different approaches to the definition of "physical culture", we consider it in work at three levels: cultural, scientific and activity. At the first level, we understand this concept as part of a common culture that encompasses a set of spiritual and material values aimed at health promotion. At the second level, we present it as a science of physical education. At the third level, we see in it a set of useful results aimed at development of physical abilities. Within the framework of the subject of our study, we choose the definition that represents physical education as a system of educational activity that transmits a wide range of social values through the focus on physical functioning of the human body. Substantiation of the basic concepts of research made it possible to define the term "physical education" as a socio-pedagogical system of views on physical education, which is based on the integration of social, educational, medical, biological, psychological scientific experience and has potential for practical implementation in general education.uk_UA
