dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано доцільність створення цифрового середовища для сприяння розвитку онлайн-спільноти геймерів. Обгрунтовано, що таке цифрове середовище з використанням штучного інтелекту сприяє комунікації, обміну рецензіями, формуванню ігрової культури та координації спільних активностей. Проведено SWOT-аналіз сучасної ігрової індустрії, що дозволив визначити стратегічні можливості для запуску цифрового середовища, а також загрози, пов’язані з конкуренцією та безпекою. Особлива увага приділена аспектам кібербезпеки, які є критично важливими для захисту персональних даних користувачів та цілісності платформи. Визначено ключові фактори успішної реалізації проєкту, зокрема застосування ефективних інструментів проєктного менеджменту, адаптивність до швидкозмінних технологічних тенденцій і забезпечення інтеграції з існуючими кіберспортивними платформами.
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the feasibility of creating a digital environment to support and develop online gaming communities. The goal of this article is to justify approaches to project management in the development process of a web portal for digital gaming communities, taking into account the specifics of resource allocation, risk management, and performance assessment in the context of the dynamic growth of the gaming industry. It argues that such a digital platform, leveraging artificial intelligence, facilitates communication, the exchange of game reviews, the formation of gaming culture, and the coordination of joint activities. A SWOT analysis of the contemporary gaming industry was conducted, which identified strategic opportunities for launching the digital environment, as well as threats related to competition and cybersecurity. Particular attention is given to cybersecurity aspects, which are critically important for protecting users’ personal data and maintaining platform integrity. The study identifies key factors for the successful implementation of the project, including the application of effective project management tools, adaptability to rapidly changing technological trends, and ensuring integration with existing esports platforms. The article highlights the importance of risk management, and decision-making processes in the development of such platforms, emphasizing the need to address resource provisioning and evaluate project effectiveness within the fast-evolving gaming industry landscape. Key drivers of the gaming industry's development include the growth and diversification of the player base, rapid technological advancements such as augmented and virtual reality, cloud gaming, and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as the transition to digital distribution through online platforms, which transforms user interaction models. The research stresses the importance of creating a versatile, AI-powered digital ecosystem that not only supports social engagement among gamers but also promotes an inclusive and evolving gaming culture.
