dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено проблему навчання без напруження в сучасних закладах загальної середньої освіти, враховуючи новий Державний стандарт базової середньої освіти та Концепції нової української школи. З'ясовано та схарактеризовано основні причини напруження навчання серед учнів 9-х класів. Проведено анкетування учнів 9-х класів з метою визначення шляхів запобігання щодо зменшення напруження під час навчання, а саме підвищення мотивації до навчання, застосування нетрадиційних уроків, інтерактивних технологій навчання, інноваційних методів, форм, засобів навчання, використання ресурсів сучасних навчальних онлайн платформ тощо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the problem of stress-free learning in modern institutions of general secondary education, taking into account the new State standard of basic secondary education and the Concept of New Ukrainian school. Modernization of the content of general secondary education involves the development of fundamentally new state standards of general secondary education, which should be based on competence and person-oriented approaches to learning, as well as take into account the age-specific features of the psychophysical development of pupils, foresee their acquisition of skills and abilities necessary for successful self-realization in professional activities, personal life, social activity. The purpose of the article is to find out the main causes of stress during learning and to identify the ways in order to reduce stress on the example of a questionnaire of the 9th-grade pupils of Sumy Regional Council Communal Institution «Sumy Regional Gymnasium Boarding School for Talented and Creatively Gifted Children» (the number of respondents was 84). A complex of methods has been used to solve the tasks. In particular, theoretical: analysis, synthesis, comparison and systematization of data from scientific sources to determine the content of basic concepts, research approaches; empirical: pedagogical observation and questionnaires of the 9-th grade pupils to find out the reasons for stress at the lessons. The study of the research problem has proved that the following are the most common causes of academic overload among 9-th graders: insufficient processing of scientific knowledge into a pedagogically appropriate form of their presentation; the subjectivity of methodologists and representatives of academic science in determining the complexity and volume of educational material in individual subjects; insufficient scientific and pedagogical validity of systems of educational subjects for different age levels of education; oversaturation of educational programs and textbooks with secondary details; lack of a proportional ratio of theoretical knowledge and practical skills and abilities of educational activities in educational programs; inconsistency of the pace of teaching with the age capabilities of students in learning new educational material; exaggerated in complexity and volume of homework, excessive volume of educational material has a significant negative impact not only on education and upbringing, but also on the health of pupils. The ways to overcome stress during education have been determined, in particular, increasing motivation to study, using non-traditional lessons, interactive learning technologies, innovative methods, forms, means of education, using the resources of modern educational online platform and others. The problem of stress-free learning needs further research. We consider the development and substantiation of the didactic capabilities of information and communication technologies in conditions of blended learning during quarantine at the current stage to be a promising direction.uk_UA
