dc.description.abstractОбґрунтовано актуальність теоретичних узагальнень ресурсного потенціалу сільськогосподарських підприємств регіону. Серед пріоритетних ресурсів сталого організаційно-економічного розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств визначено наступні: земельні, лісові, туристичні, енергетичні, людські. Модернізація ресурсного потенціалу сільськогосподарських підприємств регіону також характеризується активним поступом нематеріальних ресурсів – інформаційних технологій та інновацій – через призму формування стартапів, розробку та удосконалення програмного забезпечення, інтеграції сформованих наукоємних розробок у технологічні процеси виробництва. Серед поточних проблем, котрі гостро відчутні на шляху сталого розвитку агропідприємств слід виділити: брак фінансування, недостатня кваліфікація працівників, нестабільні умови праці у зв’язку з сезонністю виробництва тощо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to reveal the essence, structure, basis of approval and specifics of attracting the resource potential of agricultural enterprises of the Carpathian region, to determine their organizational and economic aspect. Agricultural enterprises of the Carpathian region have resource potential, which, in symbiosis with factors of the external and internal environment of the enterprise and wise management, is able to improve the socio-economic situation by expanding production, diversifying areas of activity, guaranteeing food security of the state. In view of this, the deepening of research into the resource potential of agricultural enterprises of the Carpathian region is relevant and in demand in the scientific and practical sphere. When writing the publication, general scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction – to determine the relationship between the factors of the external and internal environment of the functioning of enterprises and their resource potential; systematization – in order to identify external factors of influence on the activities of enterprises of the Carpathian region; generalization – for the analysis of theoretical statements regarding the use of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises. Among the main resources of sustainable organizational and economic development of agricultural enterprises, the following are distinguished: human, land, forest, energy, tourism. The modernization of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises in the region is also characterized by the active progress of information technologies and innovations. Such processes take place through the diversification of government support programs, grants, increased state funding for startups, development and improvement of software, integration of current scienceintensive developments into the processes of production, distribution, exchange, logistics, etc. Among today's most widespread problems, which are felt in the development of most agricultural enterprises, the following should be highlighted: insufficient qualification of personnel, lack of personnel, unstable working conditions due to seasonality of production, martial law, etc. Economically, ecologically, and socially appropriate Optimization of the use of resource potential is appropriate in economic, ecological, and social aspects. Such processes should contribute to the growth of production and ensure the stable economic development of Ukraine, especially during the difficult periods of war and post-war recovery.uk_UA
