dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано особливості планування навчальних та виробничих практик для магістрантів – майбутніх учителів фізичної культури в умовах освітньої реформи в Україні. Визначено зміст, форми і методи практичної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури для роботи в старшій профільній школі, обґрунтовано педагогічні умови та методичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення практичного складника освітньо-професійних програм закладів вищої освіти. Обґрунтовано необхідність урахування двох освітніх контекстів: стандартного рівня (орієнтація на оздоровчі технології та загальну фізичну підготовку) та профільного рівня (акцент на спортивне вдосконалення, суддівську та інструкторську діяльність). Запропоновано системний підхід до практичної підготовки, що передбачає диференціацію змісту практики відповідно до індивідуальних потреб студентів та вимог сучасного освітнього процесу у закладах освіти; урахування структури освітнього процесу в старшій школі (державний та регіональний аспекти); організаційно-методичну підготовку здобувачів вищої освіти. Особливу увагу приділено модульній системі організації практики (базовий, профільний, організаційно-управлінський, дослідницькоінноваційний модулі), що сприятиме формуванню професійних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців відповідно до обох типів програм (рівень стандарту та профільний рівень).
dc.description.abstractThe Ukrainian education system is undergoing a period of profound transformation aimed at modernization and integration into the European educational space. These changes, known as the New Ukrainian School reform, seek not only to update educational content and teaching methods but also to redefine the role of modern teachers and the process of training pedagogical staff. Of particular significance is the adaptation of practical training for future physical education teachers, as this subject plays a pivotal role in shaping a healthy and comprehensively developed generation. Analysis of regulatory documents and contemporary scholarly research confirms that the senior specialized school currently constitutes the key component of the new 12- year education system. The 10th grade is designated as an adaptive-specialization year, providing students with opportunities to explore their interests, while the 11th and 12th grades are purely specialized. This phased approach facilitates students’ conscious selfdetermination and informed choice of future professional activities. Within the outlined vision framework, the educational process is oriented toward meeting individual learners’ educational needs while considering their interests, capabilities, and future life/professional trajectories, which necessitates profound individualization and differentiation of instruction. The introduction of senior specialized schools with an emphasis on student choice, two educational levels (basic and advanced), and modular teaching fundamentally transforms the teacher’s role and the educational environment. This, in turn, necessitates new approaches to developing academic and practical training programs for future physical education teachers – candidates pursuing second (master’s) level higher education. The article analyzes the specificities of planning academic and practical training for master’s students – future physical education teachers – within the context of Ukraine’s educational reform. It defines the content, forms, and methods of practical training for future physical education teachers working in senior specialized schools, while substantiating pedagogical conditions and methodological recommendations for improving the practical component of higher education professional training programs. It has been established that the subject «Physical Education» belongs to the physical education domain. The organization of the educational process within this domain is conducted through curricular and extracurricular sports or physical fitness activities. Within Ukraine’s general secondary education system, physical education instruction for senior students is implemented according to two main curricula: standard and specialized levels. The study substantiates the necessity of considering two distinct educational contexts in physical education teacher training: the standard level with its focus on health technologies and general physical training, and the specialized level emphasizing sports mastery, refereeing, and instructional activities. A systematic approach to practical training is proposed, requiring differentiation of practice content to accommodate both students’ individual needs and the evolving demands of modern educational processes. This approach must account for the structural organization of senior school education, including national educational standards and regional specificities, while ensuring comprehensive organizational and methodological preparation of higher education candidates. Particular emphasis is placed on implementing a modular practice organization system consisting of four core components: basic, specialized, organizational-management, and researchinnovation modules. This integrated modular framework is designed to cultivate the professional competencies of future specialists, equipping them to effectively implement both standard and specialized curriculum models in their teaching practice. The proposed system addresses the dual demands of contemporary physical education by developing pedagogical skills appropriate for diverse educational contexts while maintaining rigorous professional standards. It has been proven that the implementation of innovative project-based and integrated tasks ensures effective adaptation of future teachers to the conditions of school education reform. The tasks of academic (where applicable) and practical training for master’s students - future physical education teachers - must be diverse and cover key areas of didactic, methodological, organizational and analytical activities of higher education candidates.
