Анотація
У статті конкретизовано сутність і спрямованість синергетичного, аксіологічного, діяльнісного, суб’єкт‐суб’єктного методологічних підходів у підготовці майбутніх магістрів медицини до педагогічної діяльності. У спрямованості синергетичного підходу враховано цілісність і можливість оновлення системи медичної освіти на основі біфуркаційних процесів. Формування ціннісних орієнтирів у навчанні та професійному становленні майбутніх магістрів медицини визначено в контексті аксіологічного підходу. Основою діяльнісного підходу визначено процесуальні аспекти в організації різнопланової діяльності випускників магістратури. Зосереджено увагу на виявленні й підтримці суб’єктності майбутніх магістрів медицини у процесі підготовки до педагогічної діяльності.
The article summarizes that the problem of training future masters of medicine for teaching activities in modern conditions of active progressive transformations in the system of health care and medical education determines the need to create a scientific basis for the announced process, which involves determining the essence of a set of methodological approaches. It is summarized that the determination of the orientation of methodological approaches in the system of training future masters of medicine for pedagogical activities will make it possible to consider various aspects of the researched process. It is indicated that the implementation of methodological approaches should consider various aspects of both the organization of the educational environment in medical institutions of higher education and the processes of becoming a competent specialist ready for pedagogical activity in the health care system. The theoretical analysis of the scientific source base proved that the researchers devoted their research to various aspects of the methodological support of the educational environment in medical institutions of higher education. The orientation of synergistic, axiological, activity, subject‐ subject methodological approaches in the training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity are specified. The orientation of the synergistic approach considers the integrity and the possibility of updating the medical education system based on the bifurcation processes occurring in the educational environment in particular and in general in the health care system. The formation of value orientations in the education and professional development of future masters of medicine is determined in the context of the implementation of an axiological approach for the effective professional and pedagogical activity of graduates of the master's degree in the health care system. The procedural aspects in the organization of educational, professional medical, pedagogical, preventive, propaedeutic, health‐forming and health‐preserving activities of future masters of medicine are defined as the basis of the activity approach. Attention is focused on identifying and supporting the subjectivity of future masters of medicine in the process of training for pedagogical activity in the context of the implementation of the subject‐subject methodological approach. The prospects for further scientific investigations, which consist in the expansion of scientific and methodological support for the professional training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activities and the development of educational and methodical materials for the implementation of defined methodological approaches, have been specified.
