Анотація
У статті визначено методологічні підходи до формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців фармації, подано власний досвід їх реалізації в Житомирському базовому фармацевтичному фаховому коледжі. Доведено доцільність здійснення професійної підготовки фахівців фармацевтичної галузі в процесі вивчення хімічних дисциплін на засадах системного, діяльнісного, інтегративного, особистісно-орієнтованого, компетентнісного, технологічного підходів. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень, які полягають у розробці професійно-орієнтованих завдань, кейсів із хімічних дисциплін різного рівня складності та впровадження їх в освітній процес з метою перевірки їх ефективності щодо формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців фармації.
The article identifies methodological approaches to the formation of professional competence of future pharmacy professionals as well as presents author’s own experience of their implementation in Zhytomyr college of pharmacy. The expediency of professional training of specialists in the pharmaceutical industry in the process of studying chemical disciplines on the basis of systemic, activity, integrative, personality-oriented, competence-based, technological approaches has been proved. The realization of the systemic approach according to the curriculum of preparation of professional junior bachelors of specialty 226 “Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy” is characterized; the principles of the systemic approach used in the process of studying chemical disciplines are analyzed. The use of modern innovative technologies in the professional training of specialists is revealed on the basis of activity and integrative approaches; the role of “cases” in teaching chemistry, which contributes to the formation of professional competence of students of professional higher education, as well as creative development of the future pharmacists and their appropriate long-term choice of own vector of sustainable education, has been identified and reviewed. The functions of integration of training pharmacy specialists in the educational process are determined. The role of personality-centered approach through the use of professionally-oriented tasks of different levels of complexity, the solution of which models the situations that students will face in future professional activities, is illustrated, the step-by-step formation of the specialists’ competence from the standpoint of the competence approach is revealed. It is proved that training on the basis of the competence approach forms in students the qualities necessary for the implementation of professional activity(ies). The criteria and essence of the technological approach are considered, the basic technologies of training, which are effective in professional preparation of future pharmacists in the course of studying of chemical disciplines, are characterized. Prospects for further research are outlined, among which are the following: to develop professionally-oriented tasks, “cases” of varying complexity in chemical disciplines and their implementation in the educational process in order to test their effectiveness in shaping the professional competence of future pharmacists.
