Анотація
Стаття презентує результати розроблення й наукового обґрунтування педагогічних умов формування музично-пізнавальної компетентності молодших школярів у закладах позашкільної мистецької освіти, а саме: створення в закладах позашкільної мистецької освіти освітньо-музичного середовища; розвиток у молодших школярів здатності до повноцінного сприйняття творів мистецтва; послідовне формування музично-пізнавальної компетентності молодших школярів із поступовим накопиченням їх мистецького досвіду; забезпечення музично-творчої самостійності молодших школярів в опрацюванні різних за стилями і жанрами музичних творів.
The article presents results of development and scientific substantiation of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of musical-cognitive competence of junior schoolchildren in out-of-school art education institutions, namely: creation of an educational-musical environment in out-of-school art education institutions; development of junior schoolchildren’s ability to fully perceive works of art; consistent formation of musical-cognitive competence of junior schoolchildren with gradual accumulation of their artistic experience; ensuring musical-creative independence of junior schoolchildren in processing musical works of different styles and genres. Emphasizing creation of an educational-musical environment, the institution of the out-of-school art education should focus on the requirements of the time, the psychological characteristics of junior schoolchildren, their preferences, musical needs, interests and ideals; determine specific areas of work, taking into account material possibilities, methodological support, etc.; actively involve parents in work; constantly carry out self-analysis, self-evaluation of educational and performance activities, opportunities for achieving set goals, the main of which is formation of musicalcognitive competence of junior schoolchildren. Implementation of the third pedagogical condition in practice involves an individualized and integrated system of means of pedagogical influence, which ensure effective training of primary school pupils in the dialectical unity of artistic-aesthetic, technical and emotional-volitional tasks. Ensuring musical-creative independence of junior schoolchildren in the processing of musical works of different styles and genres involves taking into account the fact that learning of musical art occurs through the modeling of the creative process. We are convinced that knowledge of musical genres, styles, works of various composers and performers play a huge role in shaping musical creativity of junior schoolchildren. Key words:
