dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано структуру та зміст елементів моделі формування управлінської компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з військового управління, що пропонує поетапну послідовність моделювання, відображає основні блоки моделі та механізми їхньої взаємодії. Обґрунтована модель формування управлінської компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з військового управління охоплює чотири блоки: цільовий, методологічний, змістовий, функціональний та критеріально-оцінний. Перспективними напрямами подальших наукових пошуків визначено вивчення проблеми забезпечення визначених педагогічних умов для ефективного формування управлінської компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з військового управління та проведення експериментальної перевірки ефективності побудованої структурно-функціональної моделі.
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the structure and the essence of elements of model of formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management, which offers a step-by-step modeling sequence, displays the main blocks of the model and the mechanisms of their interaction. The substantiated model of formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management contains five blocks: target, methodological, content, functional and criterion-evaluative. The target block covers goals and tasks of research directed to the formation of necessary level of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management. The methodological block of model displays the methodological approaches (system, competence, culturalogical, active, contextual and personally oriented) and general and specific principles of formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management. The content block of model displays information filling of the process of formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management, which is shown in the set of professional cycle disciplines. The functional block of model shows the interrelated complex of pedagogical conditions and the Program of formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management, as well as contains the technological component. The criterionevaluative block of model is a structural element of evaluating the quality and diagnosing the level of formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management. The model is characterized by the general properties of controllability, structure, integrity, purposefulness and specific properties of interactivity, continuity, predictability. The prospective directions of further scientific researches in studying the issue of ensuring certain pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of managerial competence of future bachelors in military management; conducting the experimental verification of the effectiveness of the constructed structural-functional model.
