Анотація
У дисертації теоретично обґрунтовано модель формування здорового стилю життя майбутніх бакалаврів комп'ютерних наук, яка методологічною основою має єдність системного, особистісно-орієнтованого, діяльнісного, холістичного, аксіологічного підходів, спирається на загальнодидактичні (індивідуального підходу; систематичності та послідовності; активності; природовідповідності; зв'язку навчання з життям) та специфічні (соціального загартування; інноваційності, орієнтації на здоров'язбережувальну діяльність) принципи навчання, передбачає модернізацію змісту навчальних дисциплін, форм, методів і засобів навчання та враховує педагогічні умови (забезпечення мотивації студентів до здорового стилю життя у повсякденній діяльності; створсння безпечного середовища для цілеспрямованого збагачення вмінь, навичок, досвіду здоров'язбереження на основі використання психофізіологічних резервів організму студентів; організація самостійної роботи майбутніх бакалаврів комп’ютерних наук у напрямі розробки та реалізації індивідуальних програм здорового стилю життя).
In the thesis the generalization of the results of scientific and pedagogical research has shown constant interest of scientists to a problem of preservation and improvement of health of future experts in general and workers of IT sphere, in particular. The work ol' future bachelors of computer science is often associated with a static posture, minimal movements of the upper limbs, constant concentration, monotonous nature of action, constant strain on the eyes, which adversely affects their physical and mental health. High level of intellectual load on the background of low motor activity both during training and in further professional activity leads to serious violations in the state of health of IT professionals, which can be prevented by taking care of their own health and advanced formation of healthy lifestyle in the process of training. Theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific research on the problems of formation, preservation and improvement of health in the process ol' professional training confirmed the fragmentary nature of the relevant developments in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of future bachelors of computer science. The problem has not received due attention from domestic scientists and has not been the subject of a comprehensive scientific research. Based on the terminological and structural-logical analysis of the concepts "style", "lifestyle", "healthy lifestyle" the essence of the phenomenon "healthy lifestyle" has been defined, which should be understood as an individual personality trait, the result of spiritual and physical growth, a system of healthy manifestations of the personality that contribute to the harmonization and self-actualization of the individual in the life course. The thesis theoretically substantiates a model of forming a healthy lifestyle of future bachelors of computer science, methodological framework of which includes systematic, personality-oriented, action-oriented, holistic, axiological approaches, it is based on general didactic (individual approach; regularity and consistency; activity; nature compliance; connection of learning to life) and specific principles of learning (social hardening; innovation, focus on health-preserving activities), intends to modernize the content of academic disciplines ("Life Safety and Labor Protection", "Valeology", "Physical Education" , "Psychology"), the use of forms (lectures, seminars, laboratory workshops, independent work, debates, discussions), methods (situational role-playing, presentations, case method, brainstorming, portfolio creation, trainings) and tools of training (printed, electronic resources, electronic didactic demonstration materials, multimedia tools, electronic reports on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, voice and video chats, audio-visual aids, visual two- dimensional aids, educational devices) and takes into account pedagogical conditions (motivating students to lead a healthy lifestyle in daily activities; creating a safe environment for purposeful enrichment of skills, experience of health preservation based on the use of psychophysiological reserves of students’ organism; organization of independent work of future bachelors of computer science in the direction of development and implementation of individual programs of a healthy lifestyle). The effectiveness of the model of forming a healthy lifestyle of future bachelors of computer science in the process of professional training has been experimentally confirmed. During the period of experimental training, it was revealed that there was a significant increase in the number of future bachelors of computer science with a high level of healthy style by 14%, while in the control group this indicator increased by only 4.9%. The average level in the experimental group increased by 25.8%, and in the control group - by 5.9%. The dynamics of levels according to the results of statistical analysis is not accidental and is due to the introduction of a model of forming a healthy lifestyle of future bachelors of computer science in the process of professional training, which positively influenced: formation of stable motivation, values and emotionally volitional sphere, healthy behavior, unity of spiritual and physical culture, growth of health-preserving reflection, independent planning of integral personality development.
