Анотація
У дисертації здійснено цілісний порівняльний аналіз процесу інтернаціоналізації університетської освіти в німецькомовних країнах.
Схарактеризовано поняттєво-термінологічний апарат дослідження та з’ясовано сутність, специфіку й виміри інтернаціоналізації університетської освіти в німецькомовних країнах. Окреслено та визначено провідні детермінанти, стратегічні напрямки й механізми інтернаціоналізації університетської освіти в німецькомовному регіоні. Виокремлено та класифіковано стратегії інтернаціоналізації університетської освіти в Німеччині, Швейцарії, Австрії, Ліхтенштейні та Люксембурзі. Виявлено можливості використання досвіду інтернаціоналізації німецькомовних університетів Європи у процесі модернізації вищої школи в Україні на наднаціональному, національному, регіональному та інституційному рівнях.
Dissertation is devoted to internationalisation of the University education in the German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg) at the end of the XX – the beginning of the XXI century. In the first part of the dissertation the essence of the phenomenon “internationalisation of higher education” from the point of view of German-speaking, English-speaking, Russian and native researchers is investigated. As a result of the content-analysis of the world scientific community researches concerning the interpretation of the phenomenon “internationalisation of higher education” the author defines “internationalisation of University education” as the central part of the internationalisation of higher education that constitutes the objective process where takes place the interaction between the Universities of different countries as the subjects of the internationalisation according to the international goals, principles and norms that correspond to the academic, cultural, political and economic needs of modern society and personality. The main determinants and factors that promoted the development of the internationalization of the University education in the German-speaking countries at the end of the XX – the beginning of the XXI century: carrying out in each country of national campaign for propagation of universities; intensification of the international cooperation in the sphere of higher education; increasing number of the international educational programmes; introduction of the intercultural curriculum in the University education are outlined. In the second part of the dissertation the main strategies of the internationalisation of the University education in the German-speaking countries and their mechanisms: legislative initiative, activization of the academic mobility and modernisation of the curriculum are defined. Comparative analysis of the foreign scientific thought gave the author opportunity to outline four perspective reference points that are the guarantee of the successful internationalisation of higher education: 1) target; 2) procedural; 3) productive; 4) eurointegrational. The main strategic directions of the University education in the German-speaking countries: internationalisation of the University education in the frames of Gumboltdian model of the University, internationalisation of the University education in the frames of Bologna process and internationalisation of the University education in the frames of own innovative projects are generalized. In the third part of the dissertation linguistic and innovative strategies of the internationalisation of the University education in the German-speaking countries are revealed and the implementation perspectives of the experience of the internationalisation of the University education of the German-speaking countries in Ukraine are defined.
