dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційне дослідження присвячене діагностиці рівнів сформованості культури спілкування у мережі учнів старших класів та розробка рекомендацій з її покращення. У першому розділі розглянуто поняття культури спілкування в психолого-педагогічних дослідженнях, які є можливості розвитку культури спілкування як комунікативного уміння особистості та особливості розвитку культури спілкування в мережі. У другому розділі наведено обґрунтування методичного інструментарію проведення дослідження, організовано, проведено та проаналізовано результати дослідження, також приведено рекомендації з покращення культури спілкування у мережі учнів старших класів. Теоретична значущість. Запропоновано рекомендації з покращення культури спілкування у мережі учнів старших класів, що дозволяє покращити якість їх комунікативної взаємодії на основі покращення сформованості таких критеріїв, як: комунікативні установки, комунікативна толерантність, емоційна налаштованість на комунікацію, самоставлення, інтернет-залежність. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Отримані дані емпіричного дослідження можуть бути корисними педагогам та шкільним психологам, що працюють зі старшокласниками у напряму формування правильної культури спілкування в мережі.
dc.description.abstractThe qualification study is devoted to the diagnostics of the levels of formation of communication culture in the network of senior students and the development of recommendations for its improvement. The first section considers the concept of communication culture in psychological and pedagogical research, which are the possibilities of developing communication culture as a communicative skill of the individual and the features of the development of communication culture in the network. The second section provides a justification for the methodological tools for conducting the study, organizes, conducts and analyzes the results of the study, and also provides recommendations for improving the culture of communication in the network of senior students. Theoretical significance. Recommendations are proposed for improving the culture of communication in the network of senior students, which allows improving the quality of their communicative interaction based on improving the formation of such criteria as: communicative attitudes, communicative tolerance, emotional disposition to communication, self-attitude, Internet addiction. The practical significance of the results obtained. The obtained empirical research data can be useful for teachers and school psychologists working with high school students in the direction of forming the correct culture of communication in the network.
