dc.description.abstractВ статті розглянуто підходи до визначення внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Проаналізовано тенденції кількості внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Визначено, розподіл кількості внутрішньо переміщених осіб за статтю та віком. Розкрито, що політика щодо внутрішньо переміщених осіб в Україні є ключовою для забезпечення соціальної стабільності в умовах війни. ВПО можуть приносити позитивний ефект регіонам до яких вони перемістились: підвищити рівень інновацій та технологій, адаптувати економічну політику та підвищити економічну стабільність країни. В статті проаналізовано наявні програми підтримки ВПО та визначено основні проблеми.
dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes approaches to defining internally displaced persons. Trends in the number of internally displaced persons are analyzed. The distribution of internally displaced persons by gender and age has been determined. It is revealed that the policy on internally displaced persons in Ukraine is key to ensuring social stability in wartime. IDPs can have a positive effect on the regions to which they have moved: increasing the level of innovation and technology, adapting economic policy, and increasing the country's economic stability. The article analyzes existing IDP support programs and identifies key problems. In particular, the main problems include: insufficient coordination between authorities; access to housing and social services; social integration; funding and humanitarian aid; legal status and access to services; psychological and social problems; employment problems; and the need for support from international organizations. Improving the effectiveness of IDP support programs requires a comprehensive approach focused on improving existing initiatives, facilitating access to resources and services, and creating sustainable support mechanisms: improving coordination between authorities and civil society organizations; digitizing and automating processes; mobility and accessibility for IDPs (in particular, mobile consultation points); increasing the amount of financial support; improving accessibility for socially vulnerable groups; developing infrastructure for business relocation; expanding access to educational programs and courses for IDPs; psychological support and rehabilitation, etc. It has been determined that a high-quality policy will facilitate the integration of IDPs into new communities, where they will be able to use their experience and knowledge to improve the economic well-being of the economy. By creating conditions for the adaptation and development of IDPs and new jobs, the country will support the economic development of regions that accept IDPs and relocated businesses, which in turn will ensure overall economic growth.
