Анотація
У статті висвітлено особливості становлення освітньої політики в незалежній Україні щодо функціонування сільської школи, розкрито основні стратегії її розвитку. За результатами статистичного аналізу подано специфіку розвитку її мережі. Уточнено вдосконалення змісту освіти та підготовки вчителя до роботи в соціально-культурному середовищі села на засадах особистісно орієнтованої парадигми. Охарактеризовано сутність пріоритетних напрямів модернізації сільської школи в умовах розбудови ринкових відносин в Україні в історико-педагогічному поступі 1991–1999-х рр. ХХ ст.
In order to study the priority ways of the rural school modernization of Ukraine in the conditions of establishing of market relations in the chronological boundaries of 1991–1999, the methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, generalization were used, which allowed to eliminate contradictions regarding development of rural schools as an integrated socio-cultural phenomenon. A general description of the characteristics and features of functioning of rural schools in Ukraine on the results of problem-genetic research is given. Selected methods have allowed to explore and highlight the peculiarities of formation of an educational policy in independent Ukraine regarding functioning of the rural school, namely: the conceptual framework of the reform of general secondary education in independent Ukraine, represented by the State National Program “Education” (“Ukraine of the XXI Century”), the Law of Ukraine “On Education” (with amendments and supplements), the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Development of the Rural School”, the documents of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine (minutes of meetings of the colleges) – preserving in the Central State Archive of higher authorities and management of Ukraine (p. 166), the basic strategy for rural schools. According to the results of statistical analysis, materials from the funds of the abovementioned archive, annual school reports, the specifics of the development of the network of rural schools of different types and structures are given. The dynamics of rural schools, which is determined by socio-economic, demographic factors, is investigated. The features of modernization of the network of rural schools, which was to increase the number of education institutions of new types – gymnasiums, lyceums are revealed. The ways of transformation of the contents of school education of pupils from the normative-knowledgeable to the personality oriented paradigm are revealed. The variational component of the content of education of rural school’s pupils was analyzed, which characterized the regional and socio-cultural specifics (expanding the range of optional classes, elective courses). The peculiarities of improvement of the content of education and preparation of the teacher for work in the socio-cultural environment of the village on the basis of a personally oriented paradigm are specified. The essence of the priority directions of the rural school modernization in conditions of development of market relations in Ukraine in the historical and pedagogical progress of 1991–1999s of the XX century was characterized.
