Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню переваг впровадження на українських підприємствах таких цифрових систем управління, як CRM- та ERP-системи, blockchain-технології, інформаційні панелі, штучний інтелект. Виявлено низку проблем, які стримують проведення цифровізації бізнес-процесів, серед яких: недостатність фінансових ресурсів на підприємствах для придбання програмного забезпечення та перенавчання персоналу, відсутність в країні належної нормативної бази, нестача кваліфікованих фахівців на ринку праці. Проаналізовано результати 27-го щорічного опитування керівників світових компаній, проведеного PwC у 2023 році, щодо відношення до можливостей штучного інтелекту. Окреслено перспективні напрями прискорення цифровізації бізнес-процесів на вітчизняних підприємствах.
The article is devoted to the study of the state of digitization of business processes at Ukrainian enterprises. The essence of the concept of "digitalization" is defined as the process of transforming information in all its forms into a digital format. It is noted that at domestic enterprises, digitalization is mainly expressed in the wide spread of digital enterprise management systems, the development of Big Data, electronic commerce, robotics, and artificial intelligence technologies. The advantages of implementing digital management systems such as CRM and ERP systems, blockchain technologies, information panels, and artificial intelligence at enterprises have been studied. Among the advantages of digitalization, the optimization of production and management processes, saving of personnel time and material resources, increasing the speed of information dissemination, the possibility of processing large data sets, the formation of a high level of trust between stakeholders, and the automation of document flow are highlighted. A conclusion was made about the need to consider digitalization processes both from the point of view of their opportunities and advantages, and from the point of view of risks produced by the development of digital technologies. A number of problems were identified that hinder the digitalization of business processes, including: insufficient financial resources at enterprises for the purchase of software and retraining of personnel, the absence of an appropriate regulatory framework in the country, and the lack of qualified specialists on the labor market. The results of the 27th annual survey of the heads of global companies, conducted by PwC in 2023, were analyzed in relation to the possibilities of artificial intelligence. The content of the Concepts of the development of artificial intelligence in Ukraine and the development of digital competences, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in order to determine the priority directions and main tasks of the development of digital technologies, was considered. Prospective directions for accelerating digitalization of business processes at domestic enterprises are outlined.
