Анотація
У статті розкрито проблему вдосконалення методичної та педагогічної підготовки фахівців, набуття майбутніми вчителями біології готовності до організації проектної діяльності учнів, умінь та досвіду формування компетентностей, активності, креативності. Мета статті полягаю в обґрунтуванні складових готовності майбутніх учителів біології до організації проектної діяльності учнів. У дослідженні використовуються теоретичні та емпіричні методи. Уточнено поняття «професійна готовність», визначено компоненти, рівні готовності та встановлено спрямованість методичної підготовки на підвищення професійної компетентності в процесі фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів біології.
The article reveals the problem of improving the methodological and pedagogical training of specialists, the acquisition by future teachers of biology of readiness to organize project activities of students, skills and experience in the formation of competencies, activity, creativity. The author notes that the relevance of the study is determined by the need to resolve the contradiction between the knowledge orientation of students and the need for professional competence, which lies primarily in the ability to organize subject-subject interaction in the learning process and reveal the cognitive potential of students. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the components of the readiness of future biology teachers to organize project activities of students. Research methods: theoretical - analysis of pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature, generalization, systematization - to reveal the content of the basic concepts, approaches, models of the studied phenomena; empirical - pedagogical observation of educational activities of students. It is noted that components of the readiness of future biology teachers to organize project activities of students are axiological, motivational-target, cognitive, praxeological. The author substantiates the levels of readiness of future biology teachers: methodological, scientific-pedagogical and methodical, the concept of "professional readiness" is specified. The article emphasizes that the achievement of positive results in the preparation of future biology teachers for the organization of project activities occurs by mastering the types of projects and stages of their implementation. Professional readiness is a quality of the future specialist's personality, it determines the ability to effectively solve professional tasks and problems on the basis of motives, goals, knowledge, skills, competence, focus on improving and enhancing the skills of pedagogical activity in the process of professional training.
