dc.description.abstractДисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук (доктора філософії) за спеціальністю 13.00.04 теорія і методика професійної освіти. Сумський державний педагогічний університет імені Л.С. Макаренка. - Суми, 2021. Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене проблемі підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації спортивно-масових заходів на засадах холістичного підходу. Схарактеризовано сутність категорій «готовність майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації спортивно-масових заходів на засадах холістичного підходу», «організація спортивно-масових заходів на засадах холістичного підходу». Розроблено й теоретично обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічну модель, яка розглядається з позиції системного, діяльнісного, компетентнісного, культурологічного та особистісио-орієнтованого методологічних підходів, передбачає дотримання низки загальних дидактичних та специфічних принципів професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури, принципів холістичної фізкультурної освіти, принципів організації спортивно-масових заходів. Розроблено діагностичний інструментарій як комплекс відповідних критеріїв і показників, за якими схарактеризовано три рівні готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації спортивно-масових заходів на засадах холістичного підходу. Проведено статистичний аналіз результатів педагогічного експерименту і підтверджено ефективність розробленої організаційно-педагогічної моделі.uk_UA

The state of development of the problem of preparation of future teachers of physical culture for the organization of sports and mass events on the basis of a holistic approach is analyzed. It is established that today, under the influence of digital technology and the transition of society to a new technological system, where intellectual and creative, rather than physical skills arc leading, the problem of formation, maintenance and development of physical, mental and social health is relevant. Its solution used to be reduced to individual physical preparation and sports and the organization of sports events, but today the need for such integration requires the search for new approaches, as evidenced by numerous scientific and pedagogical explorations. Their analysis showed, on the one hand, the spread of a holistic approach in education as a direction based on the integration of the individual with his environment (physical world, family, local historical community, culture, etc.) and focuses on intellectual, physical, social, emotional, aesthetic and spiritual types of personality development, and on the other - the fragmentation of scientific research in the field of training of physical education teachers to organize sports events on the basis of a holistic approach. The essence of the concept "readiness of future physical education teachers to organize sports events on the basis of a holistic approach" is characterized. The structure of readiness of future physical education teachers to organize sports events on the basis of a holistic approach is non-trivial and is revealed in the emotional- volitional, cognitive, activity and personal components. A model of preparation of future physical education teachers for the organization of sports and mass events on the basis of a holistic approach has been developed and theoretically substantiated, which: considered from the standpoint of systemic, activity, competence, culture-logical and personality-oriented methodological approaches; involves compliance with a number of general didactic and specific principles: professional training of future teachers of physical culture, the principles of holistic physical education, the principles of organizing sports events; takes into account pedagogical conditions (development of knowledge about innovative youth sports in the process of mastering professional disciplines; expanding the tasks of industrial practice for the organization of sports and mass events ; involvement in the organization and participation in sports and mass events of different types), which are implemented in a set activities; participation in competitions and sports games), methods (problem, interactive, game, project) and tools (Internet resources; professionally-oriented tasks; social networks) training. Criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future physical education teachers for the organization of sports events on the basis of a holistic approach are defined. The criterion basis of the study were: motivational, cognitive, procedural- organizational and behavioral criteria, which are detailed by relevant indicators (motivation to hold sports events; awareness of future physical education teachers in the Held of competitive play and healthy living; ability to organize sports events) in the online space and the ability to organize sports events in the offline space, reflection), which allow to characterize the low, sufficient and high levels of such readiness. The effectiveness of the model of training future physical education teachers for the organization of sports events on the basis of a holistic approach has been experimentally tested. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirmed a statistically significant dynamics in the levels of readiness for the organization of sports events on the basis of a holistic approach in the experimental group.uk_UA
