Анотація
У статті авторами з’ясовано особливості формування підприємницької компетентності у процесі позааудиторної роботи студентів. Доведено, що позааудиторна робота даю змогу студентам гармонізувати внутрішні й зовнішні чинники формування професійної культури, створяє додаткові умови для реалізації внутрішнього потенціалу, задоволення тих освітніх і культурних потреб, які під час аудиторної роботи не задовольняються. Окреслено різні форми й види позааудиторної роботи (тренінги, настільні ігри, воркшопи, школи, конкурси, інтерактивні заходи, дебати). Визначено педагогічні умови успішного формування підприємницької компетентності у процесі позааудиторної роботи студентів.
The article identifies peculiarities of entrepreneurial competence formation in the process of students’ extracurricular work. It is determined that entrepreneurial competence is a personality quality, which is manifested in the ability of an individual to embody his own ideas and achieve creative results and helps to solve various life tasks. In its turn, students’ extracurricular work is considered as organization of educational and upbringing activities based on an individual approach, which contribute to the acquisition of professional-important knowledge and formation of appropriate skills. It is proved that extracurricular work allows students to harmonize internal and external factors of professional culture formation, creates additional conditions for the realization of internal potential, satisfaction of those educational and cultural needs that are not satisfied during the classroom work. Different forms and types of extracurricular work (trainings, board games, workshops, schools, competitions, interactive events, debates) are outlined. It is emphasized that in the process of organizing extracurricular work with students the teacher palys the role of a facilitator or supervisor, rarely coach, mentor, since the entrepreneurial competence cannot be formed by coercion. Pedagogical conditions of successful formation of entrepreneurial competence in the process of students’ extracurricular work are determined, namely: comfortable, equipped, modern space with a friendly trust atmosphere; interest of the parties; professionalism of the organizers. It is noted that extracurricular independent work supposes involving students in independent business activities within creation of youth business centers and small student enterprises, which allows students to develop employment skills, efficient teamwork, skills off planning and organization.
