dc.description.abstractНа підставі проведеного аналізу тенденцій, що характеризують сучасний етап розвитку сфери туризму, результатів наукових досліджень в галузі професійної підготовки екскурсоводів, а також вимог ринку праці до складу професійної компетентності екскурсоводів, які працюють з іноземними туристами, нами виявлені наступні протиріччя, що склалися між зростаючою потребою туристського бізнесу України в екскурсоводах для роботи з іноземними туристами, у яких розвинені затребувані сучасним ринком праці професійні компетенції, і тим, що в теорії і методиці професійної освіти недостатньо досліджені зміст і технологія розвитку професійних компетенцій у таких фахівців в процесі їх фахової перепідготовки.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractBased on the analysis of the trends characterizing the present stage of development of the sphere of tourism, the results of scientific research in the field of professional training of guides, as well as the requirements of the labor market in the professional competence of guides working with foreign tourists, we discovered the following contradictions between the growing need the tourist business of Ukraine in guides to work with foreign tourists, in which developed competencies demanded by the modern labor market and the fact that in theory vocational training technique not investigated the content and technology development of professional competence of such experts in their professional training.uk_UA
