dc.description.abstractУ статті автор доводить, що вивчення іноземних мов у контексті фахової підготовки майбутніх економістів на засадах партисипативності сприяє формуванню в них не лише мовленнєвої компетентності, але й професійної також. Партисипативні методи управління іншомовною діяльністю розглядаються як способи, що використовуються викладачем для включення майбутніх фахівців у спільну кооперативну діяльність, побудовану на паритетних засадах. До них автор відносить: ділові та рольові ігри, навчання в команді, взаємонавчання тощо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn this article the author stresses the last decade of XXI century is characterized by the refusal of the administrative-command methods of managing people, because they are often ineffective. Today the personally-central approach in learning prosses management is urgent. In this article the author argues that learning of foreign languages in the context of professional future economists’ training on the ground of participation, facilitates their communicative and professional competence. Participatinal methods of foreign languages learning management are considered as methods used by a teacher to involve future professionals in he atmosphere of cooperative activity. Among them the author distinguishes: business and role-playing games, learning in a team, co-learning etc. Personal experience of teaching foreign language for professional purposes at Faculty of Economics for more than ten years at Berdyansk University of Management and Business permits to state that participatinal methods of teaching are effective. In her own practice the author widely used such participatory management methods of foreign language teaching as debates. Another most effective participatory management methods of foreign languages teaching is usage of role-playing and business games, reflecting a process of gradual transition from traditional teaching to a new type of training. The author also underlines that in her own practice, in the context of future economists’professional training, she uses the method of co-learning. This method can be implemented as situational dialogues, discussions, consultations, an exchange and discussion of ideas, research, testing recommendations, etc. The author also underlines that learning in a team is rather effective participatory management methods of foreign languages teaching. Jigsaw method developed by the professor E. Aronsson is also characterized by the author as one of the most effective participatory methods in future economists’ foreign language teaching. Summarizing the written above, it should be noted that the usage of participatory management methods of foreign languages teaching, facilitates students’ professional training and communicative competence. Usage of the described methods has advantages not only for the students. A teacher develops his new role – an organizer of students’ educational, cognitive, communicative and creative activity. He has a much greater capacity to differentiate teaching, he can also use the advantages of interpersonal communication.uk_UA
