Анотація
У статті розглянуто роль фізкультурних занять на повітрі для формування оптимального стану здоров’я дітей та забезпечення їхнього гармонійного фізичного розвитку. Розглянуто специфіку фізкультурних занять на повітрі в умовах закладів дошкільної освіти. Обґрунтовано необхідність посилення цілеспрямованої роботи з фізичного виховання в закладах дошкільної освіти, що передбачає вирішення оздоровчих, освітніх та виховних завдань. У результаті аналізу наукових та методичних джерел, а також експериментальних даних визначено педагогічні умови підвищення рухової активності дітей дошкільного віку під час проведення занять з фізичної культури на повітрі. Доведено, що визначені педагогічні умови взаємозалежні. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення оптимальних умов організації фізкультурних занять та вдосконалення методики їх проведення.
The role of physical training in the air for the formation of optimal state of health of children and providing them with harmonious physical growth and development is considered in this article. The specificity of physical training in the air in the conditions of preschool educational establishments is regarded. The necessity of intensifying the purposeful work on physical education in preschool educational establishments which involves solving health and educational problems is substantiated. As a result of the analysis of scientific and methodological sources, as well as experimental data, pedagogical conditions for increasing physical activity of preschool children during physical training in the air were determined. It is proved that certain pedagogical conditions are interdependent. The necessity of creating optimal conditions for organization of physical education and improving the methods of conducting them is substantiated. In this research, we have determined the highest level of motor activity of older preschool children during physical training in the air, as well as the level of development in children of high power. Assessing the timekeeping data, we have come to the conclusion that indicators of the level of physical activity of children during physical education and physical activity appropriately depend on the creation of pedagogical conditions. We believe that their neglect was noted in the low indicators of motor activity of children during the lesson: the motor density of the class was 69.7 % (norm – 72–84 %). This has made it possible to conclude that there is insufficient physical activity, which is the result of improper organization and imperfect content of physical training in the air. The results of the ball-driving survey show that children have occasional problems with developing their skills of owning a ball. To achieve higher indicators of motor readiness of preschool children, it is necessary to ensure systematic formation of movements. An effective means of developing the right motor skills and skills of owning a ball is the actual physical training in the air. Increasing the level of physical activity of children during physical training in the air is possible by creating optimal pedagogical conditions for their organization and improving the methodology of their conduct.
