Анотація
У статті проаналізовано вимоги існуючих нормативних документів Національного агентства із забезпечення якості вищої освіти та методичних рекомендацій провідних університетів щодо розробки освітніх програм. Аналіз попиту на джерела опитування дозволив авторам цієї статті визначити шляхи розробки методики систематичного перегляду й оновлення освітніх програм підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти. Дослідження представляє контекст та зміст діяльності учасників робочої групи, відповідальної за вдосконалення ОП. Дослідники визначили етапи організації процедури публічного обговорення проєкту. Опитування зацікавлених сторін проводилось через поширення онлайн- анкети Google Forms в особистих повідомленнях, розміщення посилань на офіційні веб-сторінки випускаючих кафедр, у мережах Facebook, Telegram та електронних листах. Аналіз відповідей зацікавлених сторін сприяв розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення освітньої програми та налагодження співпраці у навчальному процесі.
The article analyzes the requirements of the existing regulations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and guidelines of leading universities for the development of educational programs. An educational program is a system of educational components at the appropriate level of higher education within the specialty, which determines the requirements for the level of education of persons who can start studying under this program, the list of disciplines and the logical sequence of their study, the number of ECTS credits required for this program, as well as the expected learning outcomes (competences) that must be mastered by the applicant for the appropriate degree of higher education. Current regulations provide for the evaluation of the educational program and/or educational activities of a higher education institution under this program for compliance with higher education standards; ability to meet the requirements of the standard and achieve the learning outcomes stated in the educational program; achievement of the learning outcomes declared in the educational program. The key goal of “Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area” is promoting a common understanding of quality assurance in teaching and learning, across borders and boundaries between all stakeholders. Significant progress in achieving this goal, in particular in the direction of student-centered learning and teaching, can be achieved through public discussion of the draft educational program with the involvement of all stakeholders. The analysis of the demand for survey sources allowed the authors of this article to identify ways to develop methods for systematic review and update of educational programs for higher education. The study presents the context and content of the activities of the members of the working group responsible for improving the OP. The researchers identified the stages of organizing the procedure of public discussion of the project. The stakeholder survey was conducted through the dissemination of the Google Forms online questionnaire in personal messages, links to the official websites of the graduating departments, on Facebook, Telegram and e-mails. The analysis of stakeholder responses contributed to the development of recommendations for improving the educational program and establishing cooperation in the educational process.
