Анотація
У статті наголошено на важливості створення у ВНЗ необхідних умов для розвитку в студентів творчих здібностей. Значний потенціал у розв’язанні цього питання містить науково-дослідна робота. Підкреслено, що важливою умовою творчості є сприйняття нових ідей, здатності знаходити й порушувати проблеми. Майбутній фахівець повинен розвинути навички творчості наукової роботи, сформувати коло наукових інтересів, володіти науково-методичними принципами експериментальної та дослідної діяльності. Визначено, що чим ширше діапазон участі студентів у творчому процесі, тим реальніші можливості у викладача активізувати розвиток творчих потенцій студента, тим якісніша співпраця, тим ефективніший процес професійного навчання.
One of the leading claims to a specialist appears to be the all-round elaboration of the system of preparing the new generation of professionals as creative personalities. The participation of students in the well-organized and systematized scientific-research work plays an essential role in the formation of a creative specialist. Scientific creativity of the student’ youth is reorganized into the obligatory normative means of the future specialists’ development. Correct understanding of science, research activities, difficulties and real value of the result is impossible without one’s own investigations. Any educational establishment should train a specialist-researcher, the one who tries to widen and investigate the new methods of work, who should form the new ideas and is capable of putting them into practice. Future specialist should develop the skills of the independent creative scientific work, form the circle of his scientific interests, acquire the norms and scientific-methodological principles of the experimental and research activities. Scientific-research work of the students of the higher educational establishment is one of the directions in their independent work and a very important constituent part in the system of preparing a competitive specialist. It is well known that two kinds of the scientific-research work are realized at the higher educational establishment: educational scientific-research work foreseen by the study plans (writing essays, fulfilling certain laboratory, practical and independent tasks; fulfilling some atypical tasks of the research character; working out the methodological papers; fulfilling the course, diploma and master’s papers). The second kind of the scientific-research work is the one that is realized under the guidance of the professor-teaching staff (subject scientific society; problem group; scientific conference; scientific-practical conference; artistic-creative activities of the students). Scientific-research work of the students is represented as a constituent part of their professional training which is defined as creative research activities of scientific character. As a result of the work the subjective character of such “discoveries” may gain certain objective theoretical and practical importance and novelty.
