Анотація
У статті проаналізовано основи формування дієвої стратегії захисту національної економіки в умовах цифрової трансформації крізь призму євроінтеграційних процесів сучасності. Зокрема, проаналізовано постулати теоретичних концепцій наукових досліджень як вітчизняних, так і закордонних вчених, що обумовлює актуальність та доцільність відповідного наукового дослідження. Проаналізовано роль та значення регламенту Європейського Союзу щодо захисту персональних даних та забезпечення високого рівня кібербезпеки держави та захисту персональних даних, проведено комплексну оцінку доцільності та важливості розвитку цифрової економіки в Україні у компіляції з європейською інтеграцією, що визначає формування сучасних стратегічних перспектив національної економіки. Ідеологічні постулати відтворення теоретико-методологічних основ формування дієвої стратегії захисту національної економіки, в умовах цифрової трансформації, є дієвим інструментарієм забезпечення рушійних стратегічних перетворень на макроекономічному рівні, зумовлюючи новатику спектру стратегічних рішень рівня державного менеджменту.
The article analyzes the foundations of the formation of an effective strategy for protecting the national economy in the context of digital transformation through the prism of modern European integration processes. In particular, the postulates of theoretical concepts of scientific research by both domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed, which determines the relevance and appropriateness of the corresponding scientific research. In today's world, where digital technologies are developing at an incredible speed, and globalization is becoming the main driving force of economic change, the economic systems of the world's countries are faced with the need to adapt their business processes to new, often unpredictable challenges. These challenges cover a wide range of aspects: from entering new markets and competing with international players to changing consumer behavior, which is increasingly oriented towards online services and personalized experiences. To ensure stability and competitiveness in such conditions, it is necessary not only to react to changes, but also to actively shape the future. In this context, strategic management plays a key role, because its main goal is to integrate innovative approaches, in particular digital technologies, into all aspects of the enterprise's activities. This is not just the introduction of new software products, but also a fundamental reorientation of the company's business model, processes and culture. Thus, strategic management, integrated with digital technologies, becomes the key to success in today's competitive business environment. The role and significance of the European Union regulation on the protection of personal data and ensuring a high level of state cybersecurity and personal data protection are analyzed, a comprehensive assessment of the feasibility and importance of the development of the digital economy in Ukraine in combination with European integration, which determines the formation of modern strategic prospects for the national economy. The ideological postulates of reproducing the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming an effective strategy for protecting the national economy, in the context of digital transformation, are an effective tool for ensuring driving strategic transformations at the macroeconomic level, determining the innovation of the spectrum of strategic decisions at the state management level.
