Анотація
У статті здійснено наукове обґрунтування методологічного забезпечення процесу удосконалення механізмів і інструментів зміцнення фінансово-економічної безпеки суб’єктів агробізнесу. Встановлено, що сучасні виклики, такі як посилення конкуренції на глобальних ринках агропродукції, нестабільність фінансових ринків, коливання валютних курсів, підвищення вартості кредитних ресурсів, а також негативні наслідки воєнних дій та зміни клімату, створюють додаткові ризики для ефективного функціонування суб’єктів агробізнесу. Визначено, що фінансово-економічна безпека суб’єктів агробізнесу – це стан системи, сформований економічним і фінансовим потенціалом та ефективними заходами керуючого впливу. Зазначено, що подальший ефективний розвиток суб’єктів агробізнесу в сучасних умовах невизначеності передбачає трансформацію системи управління викликами та загрозами із зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища й розробку ефективних заходів щодо їх нівелювання з метою зниження наслідків. У статті запропоновані основні елементи механізму методологічного забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки суб’єктів агробізнесу. В роботі розроблена стратегія забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки суб’єктів агробізнесу на національному рівні включає цільові орієнтири, завдання та форми регуляторного впливу на турбулентні події.
The article provides a scientific justification for the methodological support of the process of improving mechanisms and tools for strengthening the financial and economic security of agribusiness entities. This allows them to increase their resilience to internal and external challenges and creates conditions for long-term development, innovative activity and integration into international economic processes. It has been established that modern challenges, such as increased competition in global agricultural markets, instability of financial markets, exchange rate fluctuations, increasing the cost of credit resources, as well as the negative consequences of military actions and climate change, create additional risks for the effective functioning of agribusiness entities. It is determined that the financial and economic security of agribusiness entities is the state of the system, formed by economic and financial potential and effective measures of management influence. It allows achieving the set strategic goals, neutralizing negative impacts from the external and internal environment, thereby maintaining the “safety margin” necessary for further expanded development. It is noted that the further effective development of agribusiness entities in modern conditions of uncertainty involves the transformation of the system for managing challenges and threats from the external and internal environment and the development of effective measures to level them in order to reduce the consequences. The article proposes the main elements of the mechanism for methodological support of the financial and economic security of agribusiness entities. They take into account the integration of the actions of state, public, economic and other structures. In symbiosis with the needs of agribusiness entities, they allow for timely elimination of the challenges of the spatial and industry environment and determine the need for relevant tools for identifying and eliminating existing threats. The paper develops a strategy for ensuring the financial and economic security of agribusiness entities at the national level, including target benchmarks, tasks, and forms of regulatory influence on turbulent events.
