Анотація
Розглядається проблема розвитку творчого потенціалу майбутнього менеджера економічної сфери у процесі професійної підготовки. Аналізуються проблеми цього процесу, що носять як об’єктивний, так і суб’єктивний характер. Автор робить висновок, що розвиток творчого потенціалу майбутнього менеджера економічної галузі повинен виступати однією зі стратегічних ліній освітнього процесу у закладі вищої освіти, відображенням гуманістичного підходу до професійної підготовки та професійної діяльності як складника життєвого шляху людини. Проте загальна ідея розвитку повинна коригуватися в безпосередній педагогічній взаємодії, яка не може послуговуватися виключно усередненими орієнтирами й потребує розробки методичних засад забезпечення особистісно зорієнтованого розвитку творчого потенціалу студента економічного ЗВО з урахуванням викликів сучасності та реалій вітчизняного менеджменту.
The issue of development of creative potential of the future manager of economic sphere in the process of vocational training is considered. The problems of this process, which are both objective and subjective, are analyzed. The author concludes that development of creative potential of the future manager of the economic sector should act as one of the strategic lines of the educational process in a higher education institution, reflecting humanistic approach to vocational training and professional activity as an integral part of the human life path. It is reasonable to think that considering the problem of development of personal qualities of a future specialist, one should consider not only the need to stimulate certain traits, but also the need to correct or even slow down development of some of them. That is, professional development of the individual should include at least three approaches to ensuring their dynamics, which can be designed not only as a direct (increase in the level of development of certain traits) or inverse (a decrease in the frequency of expression, strength and stability of personality traits that impede professional development of a future specialist. In this case, some of the features can be regarded as relatively static, that is, those that are formed at a sufficient level and further development of which can lead to deterioration of the result tendencies. The general idea of development must be corrected in direct pedagogical interaction, which cannot serve exclusively averaged guidelines and requires development of methodological bases for providing personally oriented development of creative potential of the student of economic institution of higher education taking into account the challenges of the present and realities of national management.
