Анотація
В статье определены характеристики интеллектуальной культуры специалиста: овладение вариативной методологией и приемами эвристической работы, гибкость и адаптивность мышления, способность быстро ориентироваться в профессиональной проблематике. Раскрыты следующие функции интеллектуальной культуры: когнитивная, конституирования и передачи понимания, регулятивная, коммуникативная, формирование творчески мыслящей личности, гуманистическая, самореализации сущностных сил человека. Выявлено, что структура интеллектуальной культуры объединяет составляющие: интеллектуальную компетентность, систему интеллектуальных умений и способностей, систему интеллектуальных убеждений на основе интеллектуальной саморефлексии, систему интеллектуальных качеств.
The article reveals that intellectual culture which encompasses a range of knowledge and skills in the field of intellectual work: the ability to define the purpose of cognitive activity, plan it, perform cognitive operations in various ways to work with sources. Characteristic features of the intellectual culture of the specialist are identified: mastery of variative methodology and heuristic techniques, flexibility and adaptability of thinking, the ability to quickly navigate the professional issues. As a psychological phenomenon intellectual culture has two modes of existence - social and personal. Researchers identify and disclose the following functions of intellectual culture: cognitive, constitution and transfer of understanding, regulatory, communicative, creative thinking personality formation, humanistic, self-realization of man 's essential powers. Effective ways of intellectualization of education are substantiated: saturation modern scientific worldview, the methodology of scientific knowledge, the formation of knowledge systems with such quality parameters as systematic, dynamic, cognitive orientation, level of abstraction, the development of mechanisms of thinking, study of the concept achievement, the ability to evaluation activities, the formation of systemic thinking, the ability to distinguish problems. A specific feature of the present stage of intellectualization content of higher education system serves the unity of style of thinking with universalization modeling techniques. In this important intellectual qualities are: independence, flexibility of thinking, ease association, which is associated with imagination and criticality. Typical personality traits with high intellectual culture are active attitude towards the world, systematic, constructive, self-sufficiency. Structure of intellectual culture combines elements: intellectual competence, the intellectual skills and abilities, intellectual belief system based on intellectual self-reflection, the intellectual qualities that provide adaptation of personality in intelligent system.
