Анотація
У статті розглянуто основні напрями розвитку освітнього середовища в коледжі як передумови підвищення ефективності підготовки фахівців електротехнічного профілю. Встановлено, що розвиток освітнього середовища коледжу є необхідною умовою підвищення ефективності підготовки фахівців електротехнічного профілю, що забезпечує перехід від традиційної освіти до сучасної, компетентнісної моделі, яка відповідає викликам цифрової трансформації.Освітнє середовище коледжу – це комплекс матеріальних, інформаційних, соціально- психологічних, організаційних та технологічних умов, які створюють можливості для всебічного розвитку особистості здобувача освіти, формування професійних компетентностей і мотивації до навчання. Лише в такому середовищі майбутні електротехніки зможуть стати не просто виконавцями, а творцями нових технологій, що сприятиме технологічному прогресу країни. Розвинене освітнє середовище безпосередньо впливає на ефективність підготовки фахівців електротехнічного профілю через кілька механізмів: підвищення якості знань, умінь й навичок, мотивації, формування професійної компетентності. Виокремлено основні напрями розвитку освітнього середовища коледжу для підвищення ефективності підготовки фахівців електротехнічного профілю: модернізація матеріально-технічної бази, розвиток інформаційно-цифрового компонента, впровадження інноваційних педагогічних технологій, партнерство з роботодавцями та бізнесом, формування інклюзивного та мотиваційного середовища.
The article analyzes the directions of development of the educational environment in the college as a prerequisite for increasing the efficiency of training specialists in the electrical engineering field. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical: analysis of pedagogical literature, regulatory documents, materials of periodicals on the topic of the study; structural-logical analysis and systematization; comparison of different views on the problem; generalization. The development of the college's educational environment is a necessary condition for increasing the effectiveness of training specialists in the electrical engineering field. It ensures the transition from traditional education to a modern, competency-based model that meets the challenges of digital transformation. Only in such an environment will future electrical engineers be able to become not just performers, but creators of new technologies, which will contribute to the technological progress of Uкraine. The main directions of development of the college's educational environment to increase the efficiency of training specialists in the electrical engineering field are identified: modernization of the material and technical base, development of the information and digital component, introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies, partnership with employers and business, formation of an inclusive and motivational environment. In the training of electrical engineering specialists, the practice-oriented nature of the environment is of particular importance. Modern trends require the integration of кnowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, automation and information technology. Studies show that the effectiveness of training increases when using active methods: laboratory worк on real equipment, simulations, case studies and project activities. A developed educational environment directly affects the effectiveness of training electrical engineering specialists through several mechanisms: improving the quality of кnowledge and sкills, increasing motivation, forming future competencies, and socio-economic effect. The research prospects lie in a comprehensive approach to the development of the educational environment, combining digitalization, practical orientation, integration with production, and a competency-based approach. This will allow improving the quality of training of electrical engineering specialists and their competitiveness in the labor market.
