dc.description.abstractСтаття містить обґрунтування доцільності запровадження адаптованих до умов навчання у вищій школі інноваційних фундаментально-технологічних і психотехнічних розробок з метою оптимізації педагогічного спілкування у ВНЗ. Розкриваються основні положення та психотехнічний інструментарій позитивної психотерапії, які визначають методологічну основу психологічного супроводу особистості. У якості форми впровадження програми оптимізації педагогічного спілкування у ВНЗ пропонується просвітницький тренінг, який розрахований на надання інформації, оволодіння знаннями, формування вмінь і навичок, що сприятимуть усвідомленому вибору варіантів поведінки, також на розвиток установок, усвідомлення потреб і мотивів, підготовку фахівців, навчання спеціалістів, які працюють з молоддю у сфері освіти, інформаційних технологій тощо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article contains the rationale for introducing adapted to the learning environment of higher school innovative fundamentally-technological and psycho-technical developments to optimize pedagogical communication in higher educational institutions. The study of pedagogical communication is based on the idea of the importance of the discovery, deployment or rehabilitation of a person in his personal-professional space of subjective potential, at which capacity of creative self-development and moral-valued self-realization are focused. As the form of implementation of the program of pedagogical communication optimization in higher educational establishments educational training is proposed. Group training is considered as a means of psychological assistance to human expose of destructive attitudes and the development of new forms of response, due to the psychotherapeutic potential of the group as a whole organism. The basic terms and psycho-instruments of positive psychotherapy that comprise the methodological basis of psychological support of a person are revealed. The following fundamental provisions of positive psychotherapy that comprise the methodological basis of psychological support of individual are considered: positum-approach (principle of hope) as the ability to find a resource, concept of the differentiated analysis of the content and dynamics of conflict (principle of balance), the idea of five-step strategy of assistance and self-care. The proposed psychotherapeutic positive-format of interpretation of educational cooperation allows increasing the competence of universities’ psychological services to establish educational developing dialogue between the teachers and the students. The educational training is designed for the provision of information, acquisition of knowledge, development of skills and abilities that facilitate the selection of the variants of behavior, also for the development of attitudes, awareness of needs and motivation, training of specialists, training of professionals who work with young people in the sphere of education, information technologies, etc. The main peculiarity of educational training is that it can be provided by an instructor who has no special coaching. The peculiarity of the educational group work is that it highlights the issue of responsible behavior.uk_UA
