Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз застосування андрагогічного підходу в підготовці менеджерів освіти в європейському освітньому просторі. Мета статті: обґрунтувати особливості підготовки менеджерів освіти в європейських країнах з урахуванням андрагогічного підходу. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові методи (аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція), методи аналогії й порівняльно-педагогічного аналізу; систематизація, узагальнення, оцінки виявлених особливостей. Підкреслено, що для успішної професійної діяльності менеджери для системи освіти дорослих повинні володіти сукупністю знань із менеджменту освіти, з урахуванням особливостей освіти дорослих, управління системою закладів, що надають послуги з навчання дорослих, управління функціонуванням системою освітою дорослих та операції, пов'язані з плануванням, організацією, упровадженням та оцінкою результатів діяльності курсів, програм та заходів з навчання дорослих.
The article analyzes application of the andragogical approach in the training of education managers in the European educational space. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the peculiarities of the education managers' training in the European countries, taking into account the andragogical approach. Research methods: general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction) - to characterize the main areas of knowledge and competencies that should be acquired by specialists in adult education management; methods of analogy and comparative pedagogical analysis - to identify similarities and differences in the content of professional training of adult education managers; systematization, generalization, evaluation of identified features. There are two groups of competencies of the adult education manager, which they must acquire in the system of professional training: general and specific. It is emphasized that for successful professional activity managers for the adult education system must have a set of knowledge on education management, taking into account the peculiarities of adult education: knowledge of managing the system of institutions that provide adult education services; knowledge of human management in the system of education and staff for adults in individual institutions; knowledge of managing the functioning of the adult education system and operations related to the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of adult courses, programs and activities for adult learning. It is concluded that the European education system is currently aimed at training adult education managers with a new type of thinking and an expanded role repertoire. The new pedagogical thinking is based on a qualitatively different system of values, focused on the development of an adult's personality. Such innovative trends are the result of the synthesis of scientific knowledge, which is constantly becoming more complex, which ensures the unity of social, cultural, general scientific and professional development of the personality of the education manager, increasing the level of professional and qualification requirements for him as a professional, formation of professional and personal qualities and values of managerial and pedagogical work in the subject area, development of abilities for self-development, self-regulation and self-realization in the professional sphere.
