dc.description.abstractУ статті зазначено, що погіршення стану здоров’я сучасного підростаючого покоління є наслідком несформованості стійкої мотивації до дотримання здорового способу життя. З’ясовано, що в підлітковому віці на фоні статевого дозрівання організм дітей найбільш вразливий до дії негативних факторів, що у свою чергу може бути загрозою для подальшого їх розвитку. Досліджено негативні неконтрольовані чинники способу життя сучасних підлітків поза школою. Вищезазначений факт вказує на необхідність проведення на даному етапі санаторно-просвітницької роботи з популяризацією здорового способу життя серед дітей, їх батьків і педагогічного колективу.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe sustained motivation for a healthy lifestyle of today’s teenagers leads to reduced quality of life. In free time growing up youth prefers passive leisure activities such as watching TV and computer games. The purpose of the article is to explore the lifestyle of modern teenagers and to identify the factors that form a healthy lifestyle. The study and the analysis of the characteristics of life of today’s teenagersis given. When analyzing the responses the gender was taken into account. It is noted that Causes a disturbance and circumstance that there is a distribution of harmful habits exactly in teens among young people. In fact exactly in a this period, there is the sexual ripening, but as an organism is known to be not protected exactly at this time and any harm is a threat for subsequent normal vital functions. It is set as a result of the conducted questioning, that 69,7% of teenagers in spare from studies time give advantage to the passive types of rest, such as a revision of telecasts and computer games. As it is set during the research, the youths presented a huge majority (94,7%). An active help on housekeeping on the whole is about 4,6% of the teenagers, not depending on the type of educational establishment. The research proved that one of the major factors in forming a healthy way of life of modern teenagers is domestic terms. In fact a monogynopaedium on the whole on the modern stage experiences a crisis, namely values, norms and rules. The got results specify on the existent of negative uncontrolled factors of a way of life of modern teenagers out of school, without regard to that this question needs subsequent more deep study, from the results of research evidently priority value of influence of monogynopaedium on a huge majority of schoolboys. This fact specifies on the necessity of leadthrough on this stage sanatorium-elucidative works with parents, acquaintance of them with modern scientific information in relation to the benefit of factors of a healthy way of life.uk_UA
