Анотація
У контексті формування візуально-інформаційної культури майбутніх учителів математики та інформатики актуальним є аналіз нормативно-правової бази України щодо питань підвищення якості математичної освіти, оновлення змісту вищої освіти, удосконалення системи підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних кадрів, інформатизації освіти і практичної реалізації інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній сфері, створення нової системи методичного та інформаційного забезпечення вищої школи, цифрової трансформації освіти. У статті висвітлено ключові пріоритети, цілі та завдання зазначених проблем відповідно до Законів України та означено напрями розвитку освітньої галузі на період до 2029 року, що декларуються у стратегічних нормативних документах. Виявлено, що сучасним трендом є інформатизація освіти з перспективою розвитку її цифрової платформи. В свою чергу діджиталізація освіти потребує перегляду навчальних програм закладів вищої освіти і вимагає суттєвого удосконалення відновленої професійної підготовки вчителя математики та інформатики. Сучасний конкурентно-спроможний вчитель математики та інформатики, згідно законодавчих актів у сфері освіти, повинен бути підготовленим до життєдіяльності в інформаційному суспільстві, здатним до освоєння та впровадження інформаційних технологій у освітній процес, мати сформовану інформаційно-цифрову компетентність, вміти інтенсифікувати освітній процес, підвищувати рівень та якість сприйняття, розуміння та засвоєння знань шляхом використання цифрових та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на уроках математики та інформатики. Всі ці якості є компонентами сформованої візуально-інформаційної культури майбутніх учителів математики та інформатики.
In the context of forming a visual and informational culture of future mathematics and computer science teachers, it is relevant to analyze the legal framework of Ukraine on the issues of improving the quality of mathematical education, updating the content of higher education, improving the system of training and professional development of pedagogical staff, informatization of education and practical implementation of information and communication technologies in the educational sphere, creation of a new system of methodological and informational support of higher education, digital transformation of education. The Law of Ukraine “On Education”, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (1993), On the State National Program "Education" ("Ukraine XXI Century"), Decree of the President of Ukraine (2002), On the National Doctrine of Educational Development, Decree of the President of Ukraine (2013), On the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine until 2021, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2016), On approval of the Concept of realization of state policy in the sphere of reforming of general secondary education “New Ukrainian School” for the period up to 2029, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2018), On approval of the Concept of development of the digital economy and society of Ukraine for 2018-2020 and approval of the plan of measures for its implementation, Digital Agenda of Ukraine – 2020 (2019) are analyzed in the article. The results of the analysis highlight the key priorities, goals and objectives of these problems in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine and identify the directions of development of the educational sector for the period up to 2029, which are stated in the strategic regulatory documents. It is revealed that the modern trend is the informatization of education with the prospect of developing its digital platform. In turn, the digitization of education requires a revision of the curricula of higher education institutions and requires a significant improvement of the vocational training of mathematics and computer science teachers. Modern competitive mathematics and computer science teacher, according to legislation in the field of education, must be prepared for life in the information society, capable of mastering and implementing information technologies in the educational process, have a well-formed information and digital competence, and the quality of perception, understanding and assimilation of knowledge through the use of digital, information and communication technologies at mathematics and computer science lessons. All these qualities are components of the formed visual and informational culture of future mathematics and computer science teachers.
