Анотація
У статті на основі архівних матеріалів, документів профільного міністерства розкрито особливості функціонування системи післядипломної освіти вчителів філологічних дисциплін Півдня України в 1959-1984 рр. Зроблено висновок, що система підвищення кваліфікації як одна з підсистем післядипломної педагогічної освіти досліджуваного періоду характеризується частими спробами реформування всієї освітньої галузі й мовно-літературної освіти зокрема та переорієнтацією й перепідготовкою вчителів відповідно до вимог часу. Визначено позитивні тенденції, що є актуальним для екстраполяції досвіду післядипломної освіти вчителів філологічних дисциплін Півдня України в сучасний освітній простір.
The article on the basis of archival materials and other sources reveals the peculiarities of the development of the system of postgraduate education of teachers of philological disciplines of Southern Ukraine in 1959-1984. It is established that in the studied historical period the determining factor of activity of the specified educational branch was its ideologization, standardization and strict regulation of the content of education. The analysis of archival documents, orders and instructions of the Ministry of National Education of the Ukrainian SSR, reports of regional education institutions suggests that certification training as one of the subsystems of postgraduate pedagogical education of the studied period is characterized by frequent attempts to reform the entire educational field and language and literature education in particular and retraining teachers to meet the demands of the times. It is concluded that the crisis of language and literature school education in 1959-1984 was exacerbated by the lack of effective training of teachers of philological disciplines in the southern regions of the Ukrainian SSR: there were contradictions between socially determined requirements for the teacher and the real capabilities of the system. In the postgraduate pedagogical education of that time, its ideologization, standardization and rigid regulation of the content of education were the determining factor. The process of russianization of education in the southern region continued, which necessitated intensification of the search for teacher retraining opportunities for new educational realities. The study of normative documents and practical results of the functioning of the system of postgraduate education in a certain period gave the opportunity to determine positive trends, which is relevant for extrapolation of the experience of postgraduate education of teachers of philological disciplines of Southern Ukraine in the modern educational space. This aspect may be a prospect for further research.
