Анотація
Проаналізовано форми й методи побудови навчального процесу для творчого застосування досвіду британських колег до системи вищої освіти України з урахуванням національних особливостей. Виокремлено основні риси рефлексивного середовища у Сполученому Королівстві Великої Британії та Північної Ірландії, що сприяє забезпеченню якісної професійної підготовки фахівців дошкільної освіти. У процесі проведеного дослідження виявлено, що система підготовки фахівців дошкільної освіти в університетах Сполученого Королівства Великої Британії та Північної Ірландії має свої особливості, що розглянуто в статті.
In the educational process of the higher education institution in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, a significant number of different vocational training tools are used. In the article we set out to analyze the forms and methods of constructing the educational process to creatively apply the experience of British colleagues to the higher education system of Ukraine, taking into account national peculiarities. The main features of the reflective environment in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are highlighted (creating a problem situation, organizing cooperation between participants in the learning process, as well as such relationships in which one student will use the experience of another using different forms of educational process in the pedagogical education system), which contributes to the provision of quality professional training of specialists in preschool education. In the course of the research it has been found out that the system of training of specialists of preschool education in the universities of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has its own peculiarities, which is considered in the article. In particular: the use of multimedia enables integration of various media such as: text, sound, graphics, animation, video and modeling; important for preparation of specialists of preschool education is students’ independent work with literature of psychological and pedagogical direction, which in the construction of the form of distance learning is at the center of the student’s activity; one of the e-learning methods that provide distance learning is online learning; the student can process the materials at his own pace and at his convenient time; a typical English method of teaching and training – tutorial (tutor teaches future specialists in Internet technologies); universities in the UK are increasingly using active online learning methods: talk shows, debates, TV shows – as active interaction between teachers and students; method of silence – to increase self-confidence, an interactive lecture based on a case-method for the development of future professionals of critical thinking.
