Анотація
У статті проаналізовано дослідження вітчизняних учених щодо вдосконалення викладацької діяльності у вищій школі. Визначено, що у вітчизняних наукових джерелах зазначена проблема аналізується в декількох зазначених аспектах: історико-педагогічному, порівняльно-педагогічному, науково-методичному, управлінському, психолого-педагогічному, лінгвістичному.
The article analyzes the research of domestic scientists on teaching enhancement in higher education. It is determined that in domestic scientific sources the mentioned problem is analyzed in several specified aspects: historical-pedagogical, comparative-pedagogical, scientific-methodological, administrative, psychological-pedagogical, linguistic. Historical-pedagogical aspect. Domestic scientists distinguish in the development of national university education the following periods: pre-classical, classical, modernization, Soviet, postmodern. Scientists believe that major changes in university education in Ukraine occurred in 2005, when Ukraine joined the Bologna Process. Scientists point out that teaching enhancement has become one of the priorities of higher education. Comparative-pedagogical. Domestic scientists study ways to improve education. Scientific-methodological. Scientists are interested in developing new programs and improving existing ones. Given Ukraine's participation in the European educational space, curricula must fully meet the standards of European education, study the processes of globalization, academic mobility, etc. A great deal of scientific research is devoted to the study of foreign experience. These include scientific works devoted to the study of the peculiarities of education in Germany, the USA, the United Kingdom, Poland and others. Administrative. Scientists argue that the effectiveness of higher education and its development tend to depend to some extent on the structure of the region’s economy. In the National Doctrine of the Development of Education in Ukraine in the XXI century, the training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff, their professional development is defined as one of the most important conditions for the modernization of education. Psychological-pedagogical aspect. Scientists pay attention to the development of professional reflection of teachers, investigate the peculiarities of becoming a self-concept of a teacher of higher education, etc. Linguistic. The subject of scientific research has become the linguistic personality of the university teacher. Foreign language skills play an important role in professional activity. Researchers point out that foreign language competence is a component of a teacher at a modern university. Instead, there is no comprehensive work devoted to a comprehensive study of international cooperation in addressing this problem, which requires further scientific research. In this, in fact, we see the prospect of our research.
