Анотація
У дисертації обгрунтовано модель розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх магістрів з фізичної терапії, ерготерапії у процесі виробничої практики, яка складається з теоретико-методологічного, аналітичного, процесуального та критеріально-результативного блоків, базується на компетснтнісному, акмеологічному, біоетичному, валеологічному, соціокультурному, професійно-діяльнісному, системному і особистісно-орієнтованому підходах, специфічних принципах (орієнтації на практичну підготовку, суб’єктності, рефлективності, використання міжпредметних зв'язків, трансформації змісту виробничої практики, формування ціннісного ставлення, розвитку навичок роботи в команді), передбачає удосконалення змісту (тематичний план, завдання практики залежно від бази практики, інноваційні реабілітаційні методики), форм (настановні лекції, підсумкові конференції, вивчення інноваційного досвіду, бесіди, індивідуальні та групові тренінги, майстер-класи), методів (спеціалізаційна ротація, проблемний, інтерактивні (евристична бесіда, круглий стіл, вільний мікрофон), безпосередній контакт з реабілітангом, моделювання реальних ситуацій (кейс), портфоліо) та засобів (навчально-методичне забезпечення (програма, нормативні документи, щоденник практики), інформаційне забезпечення, ІКТ. технічні засоби).
The dissertation presents the model of development of professional competence of future masters in physical rehabilitation / therapy, ergotherapy in the process of industrial practice. The model consist of some blocks. First of them is theoretical and methodological block, where on the basis of the correlation of social order of the society, requirements for the activities of masters in physical therapy and ergotherapy and norms and requirements for this profession to the personal qualities of the specialist, the purpose and tasks of professional competence development of future masters in physical rehabilitation, methodological dhody (competency, acmeological. biocthical. valcological, socio-cultural, professional and active, and system-centered) and of the general and specific teaching principles (orientation to practical training, subjectivity, reflectivity, the use of interpersonal relationships, transformation of the content of production practice, the formation of value attitudes, development of team skills). In analytical block highlights the content and structure of professional competence (motivational-value, cognitive, emotional-volitional, reflexive components) of future masters in physical rehabilitation / therapy, as well as a description of the industrial practice of these students. At the same time the development of the professional competence of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy in the process of industrial practice is understood as a long-term purposeful system pedagogical process, covering the complex of interrelated components and activities, the implementation of which is aimed at the formation of a competitive mobile professional specialist, ready for quality professional performance (physical rehabilitation) functions. Procedural block of the model reflects the content (thematic plan, tasks of practice depending on the practice base, innovative rehabilitation techniques), forms (lecturing, final conferences, studying innovative experiences, conversations, individual and group training), methods (specialization rotation, problem, interactive (heuristic conversation, round table, free microphone), direct contact with the rehab, simulation of real situations (case), portfolio), means (educational and methodological support (program, normative documents, diary of practice), information support, ICT, technical means) of development of professional competence of future masters in physical rehabilitation / therapy in the process of production practice. A criterion-effective block containing a comprehensive diagnostic methodology, criteria (value-semantic, epistemological, personal, activity), indicators (motivation of professional choice: value orientations; volume of anatomical and physiological knowledge; organization of professional communication; need for self-development; organization of own activity; skills, skills and methods of professional rehabilitation) and levels (executive, adaptive, productive) for the development of the professional competence of future masters in physical rehabilitation / therapy to professional activity in the market for rehabilitation services.
