Анотація
У даній статті визначено сутність та зміст фізкультурно-оздоровчої діяльності; визначено функціонування цілісної системи фізичного виховання та оздоровлення в сучасному закладі середньої освіти; проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід управління фізкультурно-оздоровчою діяльністю в закладах середньої освіти. Уточнено поняття «здоров'я», «спосіб життя», «фізична культура», «фізична культура школяра»; подальшого розвитку набуло трактування сутності поняття «фізкультурно-оздоровча діяльність».
In the article the essence and content of physical culture and health improvement activities are defined; functioning of the integral system of physical education and health improvement in a modern institution of secondary education is determined; foreign experience of management of physical culture and health improvement activities in secondary education institutions is analyzed. The notions of “health”, “way of life”, “physical culture”, “physical culture of a schoolchild” are specified; definition of the essence of the concept of “physical culture and health improvement activities” has been further developed. The basic laws of reforming, transforming and optimizing the system of physical education of pupils of a secondary school are of great importance. It is proved that improvement of this system should be based on the principles of an individual approach, priority of health-improving direction of various educational technologies, wide use of various pedagogical technologies for the formation of sustainable positive motivation of children and adolescents to go in for sports systematically. It is noted that the issue of development and use of pedagogical technologies and organizational-pedagogical conditions for their use in order to form positive motivation in children and adolescents for physical culture and health improvement activities at the present stage of development of national education have not found yet sufficient scientific- methodological development. Attempts to increase the effectiveness of physical culture and health improvement work of education institutions, to give it a humanistic orientation, to stimulate scientific- pedagogical search determine the relevance of the study, are made.
