Анотація
У статті актуалізовано проблему формування інтегральної компетентності майбутніх викладачів мистецьких дисциплін та встановлено, що сутність означеної компетентності визначається її функціональною роллю, яка полягає в координації процесів актуалізації та формування компетентностей, відповідно до освітніх вимог процесу мистецького навчання. Підтверджено думку науковців стосовно освітнього процесу як такого, що характеризується варіативністю та невизначеністю умов. Встановлено, що варіативність освітнього процесу навчання мистецьких дисциплін зумовлена впливом низки об’єктивних чинників, детермінованих специфікою творчої педагогічної інтерпретації творів мистецтва.
The article actualizes the problem of formation of integral competence of future teachers of art disciplines in the projection of the standards established by modern national educational framework. The author has confirmed opinion of the scientists that specification of integral competence in the context of training provides an opportunity to influence the process offorming the ability of the latter to function effectively in uncertain conditions of the educational process. The factors causing emergence of such conditions in the educational and creative process of teaching art disciplines are considered, namely: variability of the above mentioned process due to the influence of a number of objective factors determined by the specifics of creative pedagogical interpretation of works of art. It has been established that these factors function as variable components, encompassing various vectors of the interpretive creative educational process of teaching art disciplines. The work examines two such vectors, namely: the vector “goal of creative educational process of teaching art disciplines ” and the vector of “taking into account individual characteristics of the subjects of creative educational process of teaching art disciplines”. The dynamism of the process of updating the variables of the mentioned vectors determines uniqueness of their combination in each individual educational chronotope, which contributes to the situational uncertainty of the conditions of artistic-creative educational activities, and also initiates the need to update the corresponding complex of special and professional competences of teachers of art disciplines. However, this process is characterized by stochasticity or partial organization, provided that there is no coordinating qualification-competence meta-construct, which is integral competence. As a result of the theoretical study, it has been found out that the essence of this construct is determined by its functional role, which consists in carrying out a comprehensive integrated analysis of the competence sphere of future teachers of art disciplines and coordinating the processes of actualization and formation of competences taking into account educational tasks that are dynamically formed in the variable creative process of teachering art disciplines.
